Greeter Falls Campground is located less than a half mile from the Greeter Falls Trailhead, adjacent to the 16,000 acre Savage Gulf Wilderness area offering over 50 miles of well-marked trails for every skill level. The .08 mile Greeter Falls Trail loop connects you to three awe inspiring waterfalls as well as the nearby Blue Hole swimming area. Offering primitive tent spots, furnished Yurts and RV/Travel Trailer sites (each with electrical & water hook-ups). Reconnect with nature at Greeter Falls Campground!

FHU RV Site - w/ Sewer - Back In

We are happy to welcome you and your RV or camper within our 20+ acre private wilderness retreat. We have 28 fully equipped RV sites. That's less than 2 per acre! The national average for an RV park exceeds 10! You’ll be comfortably nestled in the woods, not squeezed tightly together in a concrete jungle. Our 28 Sites are distributed within three separate timberland sections, each ranging from three to five acres apiece. Each with it’s own unique “feel”. All come with standard 50/30/20 amp electrical receptacles and water hook-ups. Half are considered “deluxe sites” with individual sewer hook-ups. A conventional self-service dump tank as well as a paid pump-out service is also available. Seven sites are “pull-throughs” and can accommodate pretty much any sized RV. Most are typical “back-in” type sites, at least 16’x32′. A handful are “pull-in” sites, perfect for type “B” or “C” type RVs. Please refer to our campground map. • Area C is our primary hub with 9 RV Sites, #41-#49 Area C is also home to our camp office, activity/community center, ADA compliant bathhouse and dog park. In addition, there are seven furnished Yurt (glamping) sites). • Area D offers additional privacy, being set-apart from the camp operations hub across the street . Military Style Glamping packages offer more room and upgraded furnishings beyond our Round Bell Tent Glamping. Tent Site - Small Solo/Duo (1 tent/hammock and 1-2 people)

Solo/Duo Tent sites are smaller than group camp sites and are ideal for 1 or 2 campers. Of course you can always bring your pet buddy with you too. Sites #1 – #12 (Area A) are on the East side of Greeter Falls Road north, and are reserved for solo or duo campers. Primitive Sites #21 – #25 and #28 (Area B) are on the West side and offer larger camp sites, ideal for groups and families. Group /Family Camp sites are big enough for a large tent or a couple small ones, easily accommodating up to 6 people. Standard RV Site - Pull In

Sites #86 - #88 are at the end of a 200' cul-de-sac. Hence, they may offer a challenge to campers who wish to back into their designated sites. Site #86 may be best suited for pull-in type campers, based on the placement of the electric and water service. Site #62 is similarly configured. We offer 30 & 50 electric extensions - at no additional charge- if needed to accommodate these two sites. Glamping Package - Community (Four 16' x 16' Furnished Squad Tents -up to 24 people)

We have recently completed the development of a new Group Compound which can comfortably accommodate up to 24 campers! Its great for group outings: Corporate or Church retreats and special events. Located on Tract 5 (closest to the Waterfalls), the compound consists of Four 16Ă—16 military spec four season tents with heavy duty flooring. These waterproof heavy-duty tents are well ventilated with screened windows all around with entry/exit doors. Queen & twin bed frames, mattresses and sleeping bags for 12. The compound area comes equipped with Adirondack chairs & side tables as well as two eight foot picnic tables, group fire rings with grills. LED lighting amply illuminates the interiors and exteriors of the tents and compound area. The Tents all have electricity, extension cords, large fans to aid ventilation and air flow and USB recharging stations. Folding tables and chairs are also available as needed for indoor crafts, activities, meetings or dining. The group compound is close to electric, water, and toilet facilities.

Glamping Package - Bell Tent (furnished 13' round tent for up to 6 people)

For campers who either lack the equipment or want to have more of a “Glamping” experience, we offer a 3 furnished Yurts (Bell Tents). YURTS (round Bell Tents) are 13′ round. These four-season heavy-duty canvas tents provide ample screened ventilation and even provide for Wood Stove installation. They can comfortably accommodate up to 4 - with small children up to 6. Yurts all have 4 layers of flooring: Set-up on a Heavy-Duty wooden platform with porch area, Tent footprint, Tent (bathtub) floor as well as a round indoor-outdoor rug inside. Exterior floor mat is also included. There are one or two Camping chairs and matching camping tables (depending upon size & configuration) as well as a roll-out mattress or camping pad and sleeping bag(s). Additional accessories include a one gallon water bottle Our Yurts set-up at a car camping site on our main campus, close to the ADA compliant bathhouse, activity/community center, dog park and camp host cabin. All have their own electrical service for recharging your phone or mobile device. A Rechargeable LED Lantern, small fan and power cable are also supplied with your rental. No portable electric heaters or refrigerators are allowed. Each site also has its own fire ring, grill and picnic table. Water sources are nearby for refilling your water bottles/canteens. One bundle of firewood is included in your rental. Additional Firewood, ice and camp snacks and camping sundries are available for purchase at our campground store. You just need to bring your own bedding, toiletries, cooking gear and convenience items.

Park Policy

Cancellations will result in camp credit toward future stay- based upon availability.

Rules & Regulations

These rules and regulations were established to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance, and with a “Good Neighbor Policy” in mind. Your compliance is very much appreciated and will ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Refunds/Prorating – No prorating or refunds for early departures

Children – Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult while in the common areas of the resort.

Visitors – All visitors must check-in at the office and comply with park rules/policies. Please be respectful of registered paying guest by limiting your visitors to no more than 2 at a time.

Common courtesy – Common courtesy shall prevail between all persons in the park. Respect the privacy of guests. Profane, abusive, harassing, threatening language or actions directed at park personnel or other guests is unacceptable and could result in eviction.

Noise control – No generators, fireworks, or loud music. Quiet time 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Emergency and safety – No illegal drugs. All weapons shall be kept in compliance with state/federal laws. No discharge or use of firearms in the park. No smoking in or around Campground buildings. Speed limit 10 mph. If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, please contact the office.

Vehicles and site occupancy – One RV per site. One passenger vehicle per site. Second vehicle requires management approval and may be allowed if space is available. Utility/Car trailers must be parked in the reserved parking spaces (additional fee required). No parking on grass, or adjacent/vacant sites. No vehicle repairs or maintenance may be done in the park unless approved by management

Subletting/renting – Subletting or renting of an RV is prohibited

Sites – Cleanliness of the park is important to everyone. All trash should be bagged and taken to the dumpster. Outdoor items should be neat and orderly. No outdoor appliances (i.e. freezer, refrigerators) of any kind. No storage of tires on site. Hazardous materials shall be discarded properly. Please leave park facilities as you would like to find them. If they need attention, notify the office.

RV sewage – Tennessee law mandates the use of a sewer hose seal (threaded connector/rubber donut). Do not place feminine products, grease/fats, diapers, cat litter, paper towels, wet wipes, hazardous substances, syringes, or plastics down the Port-a-Potties or any drain/sewer. Only Use RV toilet paper.

Portable grills – Gas/charcoal grills are allowed.

Camp Fires – Wood fires are only allowed within designated fire rings. Never use, as firewood, wood that is outlining campsites, trails or community areas.

Outdoor structures – No sheds, porches, decks, or utility buildings are allowed. RV’s are not to be skirted

Laundry – No clotheslines or hanging laundry outdoors.

Pet rules – Up to two pets per site allowed. We reserve the right to refuse or require removal of any animal at any time. Cats are allowed but may not roam freely in the park. Dogs must be on a leash (6 feet or shorter) and under control of an adult at all times. Excessive barking is not allowed. Pet owners must immediately pick up after their pet and deposit waste in a bag and into the designated receptacles. A $25 fine will be assessed to the pet owner for each occurrence of improper disposal or cleanup. Aggressive animals will not be allowed in the park. You will be asked to leave with no refund if your pet shows any aggressive tendencies or complaints are verified. Pet fences are not allowed. Pets may not be left outdoors unsupervised. Do not feed wild or stray animals.

Solicitation/Peddling/Business enterprise – No peddling, soliciting or business enterprise is allowed in the park. Signs for the sale of products or services are not allowed.

Damages and personal liability – Any guest or visitor that willfully or negligently damages or destroys park property, landscaping or equipment will be held liable for the value to repair or replace the damaged items property. The responsible party(s) may be evicted for willful damage.

Guest property – Guests use the Resort’s facilities at their own risk. Secure your valuables. Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to guest property and/or injury to person, pet, or party arising due to use of resort facilities or caused by others on the premises. The resort is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather or catastrophic events.

Right to refuse/Evict/Deny access – Greeter Falls Campground is a privately-owned resort. Management reserves the right to refuse services, evict or deny access to anyone, under any circumstances it deems necessary, in accordance with applicable local, state and federal laws. There will be no refunds.

Policy changes – Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, from time to time, modification may be necessary. Management reserves the right to make changes deemed necessary to these rules and regulations at any time, without prior notice.
