GOLF CARTS:

Registered guests must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license present in their possession to drive a golf cart.

Registered guests must keep golf carts on Great Escapes RV Resort Chesnut Bay property roads at all times.

To help us keep our resort beautiful, please do not drive the carts on the grass.

All golf cart renters are required to sign the Golf Cart Liability Waiver.

Please Note: Prices are subject to change without notice, and all rates are subject to Federal and Local taxes.

If any employee of Great Escapes RV Resort Chesnut Bay is witness to any misuse of the golf carts, we reserve the right to terminate the rental of the golf cart with no refund.

Camping has inherent risks associated with outside activities. We are not responsible for injuries or damages occurring as part of the inherent risks of any camping/water park environment. This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping/water park privileges with the understanding that he or she does hereby release the owner of Great Escapes RV Resorts Chesnut Bay d/b/a Great Escapes Mgmt., LLC, its officers, family members, volunteers, fellow campers, and employees of all liability for the loss or damages to property and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of its camping/water park facilities and agrees to indemnify the campground, its officers, family members, volunteers, fellow campers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to the property or injury to the person(s) or visitor(s) of any member of the family of the camper, arising out of the use of its camping/water park facilities and activities, games, or events sponsored by Great Escapes RV Resorts Chesnut Bay d/b/a Great Escapes Mgmt., LLC. I agree to pay for any damages to campground property, sites, buildings, facilities, equipment, or loss of equipment, which may occur due to the actions of myself or my party. I also agree to immediately report any accident, injury, or property damage to the manager or staff. If a hazard or dangerous situation exists on the premises, the said camper will notify the management or staff immediately. I also agree to take full responsibility for myself and all the people in my party, including minors and visitors, and will require them to read and comply with all campground/water park POLICIES and GUIDELINES as posted in the office, rentals, or on the grounds, as well as the terms and conditions as set forth in this registration form. (POLICIES/GUIDELINES FOR LODGING/CABINS ARE POSTED IN EACH UNIT.)

I HEREBY GIVE PERMISSION TO Great Escapes RV Resorts Chesnut Bay d/b/a Great Escapes Mgmt., LLC, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees to use my name and photographic likeness in all forms and media for the purposes of advertising, promotions, trade, and any other lawful purpose.

Transmission of any material in violation of any federal or state statute or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening, indecent or obscene, or material protected by trade secret. You agree not to use the Service, including but not limited to, the modem and power supply for any illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purpose, or to achieve unauthorized access to any computer systems, software, data, or other copyright or patent-protected material.
