House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the reservation will be refunded minus a nonrefundable $250 deposit. Any other cancelations will forfeit payment.
Rules & regulations
2 nights minimum required for booking.
Check out is at 10am. Guests can check in at 11am. Late check outs will be charged a daily rate of $39. Early check-in's/Late check-outs will try to be accommodated upon request.
Quiet Time is from 10pm-7am. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum.
No unauthorized Tent Camping.
Any ATV's need to remain on trailers and are not permitted on premises for recreational use.
Guests are welcome but must leave the premises no later than 10pm. No more than 8 people may occupy a site at one time.
Natural Gas Fires Only.
No Generators without prior approval from park management.
Firearms are not permitted to be fired or discharge on property.
Water use is restricted for hookups only (no washing vehicles).
Animals - if you bring your pet, please clean up after them and must be on leashes when outside of your camper at all times. No more than 2 animals per campsite. $50 charge per incident if you do not pick up after your pet.
No Smoking or Illegal Substances allowed on premises.
Alcoholic beverages must be confined to your campsite.
Trash - please take your trash with you when you leave. There is a trash deposit station just down the road if you need to unload.
Age Requirements - must be 18 years old.
Management has the right to ask a guest to leave at anytime if they are not following the terms and conditions.
