Golden Coach RV Park

Thank you for visiting our park. The following simple rules have been established to provide an environment that is conducive to our guests.

Good camp etiquette ensures that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We appreciate your cooperation, and thank you for staying with us.

SITE FEES are to be paid in advance.

CHECK OUT time is 12pm. We encourage you to extend your stay! Please register at the Park Office by 10am if you are staying longer than anticipated. Fees may apply.

SPEED LIMIT is 5 MPH, please drive very carefully.

QUIET TIME Please consider your fellow guests by observing quiet time between is 10 PM – 7 AM.

PETS are welcome, however they must be kept on an attended leash at all times to include walking to and from the dog run. Pet droppings MUST be cleaned up immediately. Pets are not allowed in the main park reception or general store. **Exception: Service animals as defined by the ADA (ada.gov/service animals).

PARKING One RV and one vehicle are permitted per site. All additional vehicles are $5.00 per day. Guest parking is available by the main office, please inquire with Park Staff for assistance. Sorry ATV’s, Motorcycles, Mini Bikes and Motorized Scooters cannot be operated within the boundaries of the park.

CAMPSITE cleanliness is important to us. Please maintain a clean site. Clotheslines, RV or vehicle washing and/or repair are to be done outside of the park. Nothing is to be affixed to our trees i.e. hammocks etc.

GARBAGE must be disposed of in the designated receptacles located on the northwest side of the office/clubhouse. WE LIVE IN BEAR COUNTRY! Leaving garbage on top of bins or outside your rig will invite BEARS. Please make sure and breakdown all boxes. We do recycle aluminum and plastic, bins are at the trash can. Household garbage only….

SEWER connections must be airtight at all times. At no time may any wastewater be discharged on the ground, this includes gray water.

CAMPFIRES are permitted in specified areas and subject to state no burn regulations. Campfires must be safely contained in a park approved portable campsite fire pit (at this time, only Propane is allowed). Wood and or briquette for the fire pit is NOT allowed. All campfires must be attended by an adult at all times. Please use extreme caution!

BBQ’s Propane is the only allowed at the time, briquettes are not allowed by the order of CalFire.

SMOKING is prohibited within all buildings at the park. Please dispose of Cigar and Cigarette butts in proper receptacles, they present a tremendous fire danger.

GUESTS that have overnight visitors must register at the Park Office. Guest fees apply.

ELECTRICAL The Park accommodates 30/50 amps.

INTERNET/COMPUTER USE Free WI-Fi is available in most areas of the park and directly in front of the clubhouse. Please see Park Staff for access points and passwords and assistance.

PARENTS please be aware of the location of your children at all times. We want everyone to be safe. Large RV’s are driving in and out of the Park. All riders of bicycles and non-motorized scooters under the age of 18 must wear a helmet at all times, its California law. For those skateboard enthusiasts there is a Skateboard Park in Portola.

RESTROOMS/SHOWERS Men’s and women’s restroom and shower facilities are available to our guests. Please help us keep them clean and report any service issue to the Park Staff.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES are available to our guests. The Park office has quarters for our machines. The Park is not responsible for missing items. Please do not leave unattended. Due to COVID, please make sure to use the sign up sheets provided.

COUNTRY STORE The Country Store stocks items for every guest’s needs. Soda’s, ice, ice cream etc. We carry RV repair equipment, paper goods, condiments etc. and lots of fun novelties, candies, gifts and informational materials. Make sure to stop in and take a peek.

POST OFFICE/STAMPS/COPIES Copies are $.25 cents per page. Please check with Park Staff for these services.

GAMING We have multiple games available throughout the park i.e. horseshoes, badminton, and board games. Park Staff can assist you in checking them out.

FIREARMS, FIREWORKS AND SOLICITING are prohibited within the park.

Camping is an outdoor experience. As such we do not give refunds due to discomfort of nature or for early departure.
