    -Over two weeks prior to reserved arrival date you can receive a full refund.

    -Two weeks - 48 hours prior to arrival date, you can receive 50% refund of your deposit.

    -No refunds within 48 hours of reservation date or once checked in.

    Rules & regulations

    We welcome you to Golden Bear RV Park and ask that you please review and follow all rules during your stay with us.

    • Speed limit inside the park is 5 mph at all times to ensure safety of guests, pets, and children.

    • Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am

    • Check-out time is 12:00 noon, Check-in time is 1:00 pm

    • Well behaved pets are welcome in the park but not allowed in the cabins. Please keep pets on a leash or kenneled when outside of your RV. Never leave pets tied up outside or unattended. Excessive barking or aggressive pets are not allowed. Pick up and dispose of pet waste immediately. Please do not allow your pet into other's campsites uninvited.

    • No heavy auto/boat/RV maintenance. Please use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions only when washing your RV or vehicle. We encourage the use of formaldehyde-free and phosphate-free products when doing dishes, laundry, or other cleaning activities.

    • No smoking inside the buildings. Please dispose of cigarette butts in appropriate containers.

    • We are a drug free park. No smoking or vaping of Marijuana or its derivatives.

    • Keep your site neat and tidy at all times. Keep all garbage and food/food waste inside to avoid attracting bears and other wildlife.

    • Any excessive disturbances, violations of any laws or city ordinances is prohibited. Disorderly conduct or public intoxication will be dealt with by law enforcement if needed.

    • No unauthorized soliciting or selling in the park.

    • No chemicals or poisons may be used in the park.

    • No children allowed on the docks without parental supervision and life jackets must be worn AT ALL TIMES.

    • Please respect your neighbor’s RV space.

    • No open wood fueled fires at individual sites.

    • The park is not responsible for any theft or damages. Please lock up all belongings when not in use to discourage vandalism or theft.

    Violation of park rules and guidelines may be grounds for ejection from the park without refund. Management reserves the right to require any camper or guest to vacate the park for any disturbance to other guests or any violation of the park rules.
