STANDARD RV SITE
Children under 4 years of age are free. Pets Allowed, leash law is enforced. Parking for maximum of 1 RV/Trailer and 1 Vehicle. Additional parking in guest parking lot at $7.00 per vehicle. All sites are Full Hook-up. 30 or 50amp hookups available, Back-in or pull-thru sites available.

CABIN
Each cabin comes furnished with 1 queen bed in private bedroom. Futon in living room. Full bath with shower, kitchenette, dining table & 2 chairs. Flat screen TV in living room. Private deck off backside. Barbeque stand in front. Parking for 2 vehicles. Pet friendly.

2 Tents allowed per site and 1 vehicle. Each site has a fire pit and picnic table.

Policies
72 hours notice with 10 % fee of deposit, without a 72 hours notice no refund of deposit. 2 week notice for holidays with 10 % fee of deposit, without a 2 week notice no refund of deposit.

Holiday Rates apply on the following weekends.
Holiday weekends require a 2 night minimum: President’s Day - Easter - Memorial Day - Fourth of July - Labor Day - Halloween - Veterans Day Weekend - Thanksgiving - Christmas / New Years
Maximum occupancy in standard sites is 6 and for deluxe sites is 8. Base price includes 4 People, $7.00 for each additional person per night. Children under 4 are free.
Base Price includes full hook-ups (water, sewer, electric, Wi-Fi and basic cable).
Pets allowed, leash law is enforced. Tent and fire pits allowed only on deluxe sites. Maximum 2 Tents per site.
Parking maximum of 1 RV/trailer + 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles park in guest parking lot. Each site is allowed 1 vehicle. Charge of $7 per night for each additional vehicle.
