No strict cancellation policy, all cancellations are case-by-case scenario and will be determine by the campground.
Rules & regulations
CHECK-IN: 1:00-9:00 PM, unless previously agreed a different time.
CHECKOUT: 11:00 AM
QUIET HOURS: No loud noise between 10:00 PM-7:00AM
Please be aware the road is a country, hilly, and curvy road. Look ahead as you may have to move off road to let others pass.
SMOKING: No smoking/vaping in the tipi. Do not put cigarettes out on ground.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 2 adults and 2 children, 4 adults is tight but maybe could fit.
PETS: Must be kept in kennel when in tipi and always clean up after pet (some dogs will chew on the wood in the tipi).
No fire in the tipi, the tipi doesn’t have a toilet but I have a portable potty with a tent.
We do rent hammocks and cots for an additional fee, $10
No pretend shoving around cliff
No littering or throwing items over the cliff
No climbing or sitting on on railing
Outside fires depends on the state site if we can have a fire. This has to be checked when on the day they want a fire. Fires in fire pits only!
If you go for a hike I have a handheld radio just in case the phone doesn’t work. I have 30 acres to explore.
Place all garbage in can provided with lid on it, leave food in safe containers or in small fridge provided. Microwave, coffee pot, washer and dryer provided.
