We are a husband and wife team who decided we were done with the city and corporate life. We wanted to try living simply while running a small business. We are an off-grid property that runs solely on solar power and collecting water. We have 22 acres in Southern Utah with 360-degree views. We are in between Canyonlands National Park, The Needles District and Moab. With no light pollution, you can see some of the darkest skies you will ever see while lounging on your custom deck chairs or hammocks. Unplug, disconnect and live simply with us in your canvas tent surrounded by nature. The tents are tastefully and thoughtfully decorated keeping in mind your needs. We are the perfect location to get away from the busyness of Moab but not too far for day trips. We love this property so much that we live here as well! Come spread out, relax and decompress with us!

House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Reservations may be canceled up until 30 days prior to your arrival date for a 95% refund.
29-15 days prior to reservation, 50% refund.
14 days prior to reservations, no refund.
No refunds for bad weather, however, if we deem the situation is unsafe, we will inform you we are canceling your reservation and provide a refund.
Rules & regulations
CAMP GUIDELINES
-2 PEOPLE PER TENT ONLY IN THE BELL TENTS AND POD.
-4 PEOPLE ALLOWED IN THE SUNSET FAMILY TENT. ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY FOR MORE THAN 2 GUESTS.
We have the right to refuse your stay and not provide a refund if these rules are broken.
-Children 3 years and older (unless approved by owners).
-No pets in any of our tents. If you booked The Sugarloaf Pod we have a 2 pet maximum and fees apply. Waiver must be signed prior to arrival. No late arrivals.
-No Smoking in or around accommodation. A cleaning of $400 will be charged to the card on file if there is evidence of smoking in or around the room. Can smoke in parking lot or vehicles.
-You will receive another email a few days prior to your arrival with details of how to find us, how to check in, and other helpful information.
-Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges.
-Excess cleaning may be charged to the card on file.
-The property is not set up for those with special needs or wheelchairs.

This place is an absolute gem. Do not hesitate, the location is perfect, and the details were on point. And yes, make the sauna appointment. Bravo, I may only be a glamper from here on out in life.
