Gladstan RV Park

Tenants and guests are NOT allowed on the Golf Course unless playing a round of golf. Tee times must be booked and paid for online @gladstan.com.

1. Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.

2. Gladstan Golf Course is not responsible for any damage caused by errant golf balls or golfers.  The issue would be between the golfer responsible and the owner of the vehicle.

3. Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.

4. The Golf Course/RV Park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.

5. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.

6. All guests and visitors must register in the Pro Shop upon arrival.

7. Gladstan Golf Course/RV Park does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any guests.  Guests must make arrangements to have their mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup.

8. All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.

9. We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.

10. Total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.

11. Charcoal grills, wood fire pits, deep fryers and tiki torches are PROHIBITED.

12. Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed.

13. Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed outside.

14. Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.

15. Washing RVs or vehicles on property is not allowed.

16. The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.

17. Clotheslines are not allowed.

18. Guests may not hang any items from the trees.

19. All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.

20. Only 1 RV and a maximum of 1 other vehicles allowed per site unless stated otherwise.

21. All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the Park.

22. DO NOT leave trash out overnight.

23. Drones or other remote controlled machines may not be used at any time on the property.

24. Gladstan Golf Course / RV Park is in a natural wildlife habitat area.   All guests should ensure small children are supervised at all times

25. The grass in the RV Park is watered on Wednesday and Thursday's.  If you are camping during these days your trailer and any other item/vehicle may get wet.  

Check in

1. Check in time for all sites is 2:00 PM

2. Check out time for all sites is 11:00 AM

3. The front desk MAY be able to arrange a late checkout, IF AVAILABLE. Additional fees may apply. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures.

Safety

3. The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the Resort.

4. The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is PROHIBITED.

5. Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.

6. Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.

7. Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED and can lead to eviction from the park.

8. Speed limit on property is 5 mph.

9. Motorcycles must be in idle speed when traveling through the Resort.

10. No vehicles can block any portion of roadway.

11. Vehicles may park in designated spaces only.

12. Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the Resort, including golf carts, scooters, etc.

13. Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the resort.

Security

1. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.  Keep your valuables locked up.

2. Report any problems with your site to the Pro Shop immediately.

3. We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.

Quiet Hours and Park Etiquette

1. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

2. Gladstan RV Park is located inside of Gladstan Golf Course. Yelling loudly, Loud music or disruption of the Golf Course serenity is not allowed at all times. 

3. Please be courteous to other guests around you.

4. Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.

5. Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from park.

6. Profanity or violence towards other guests, golfers or Golf Course / Park Staff will result in immediate eviction from park.

7. Guests violating rules that results in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.

Pet Policy

1. Gladstan Golf Course / RV Park does allow pets.  Pets must be leashed at all times and are not allowed on the golf course at any time.  There are common grass areas that pets can be walked on.   Pets must be picked up and cleaned up after at all times.

2. Pets must not cause any noise complaints.  If a pet is causing noise, bothering golfers and other guests the tenant will be asked to leave the park.

Golf Course Rules

1. Tenants and guests are NOT allowed on the Golf Course unless playing a round of golf. Tee times must be booked and paid for online @gladstan.com.

2. All golfers must have a Tee Time. Tee Times are available online @Gladstan.com. 

3. Golf Carts can be delivered to the RV Park at request up to 45 minutes before your tee time if staff/carts are available.

4. All Golf Carts will be picked up at the conclusion of your round.

5. No Golf Carts will be allowed overnight in the RV Park.

6. If available a member of our staff will pick you up if you are wanting to use the Golf Course practice facilities.
