Garden of the Gods RV Resort

We do charge a $25 non-refundable fee for stays in yurts and a $50 non-refundable fee for stays in cabins (limit of two pets).

All of our RV sites are pet friendly and there is no fee, but we do limit the number of pets to three per site.

Pets must be on a leash at all times. If tied up outside, they must be accompanied by the owner. Please be sure that the leash is no longer than about six feet in length.

Pets are not allowed in the Convenience Store, Pool Area or Playground. They are more than welcome to play with their furry pals off-leash in our Bark Park.

Please clean up after your pet(s). Stepping in a pet’s deposit ruins the day for others, so a $50 clean-up fee will be charged each time we need to clean after a pet.

Pets need to be good neighbors, not excessively noisy, child-friendly and non-aggressive (snarling, growling, jumping toward other people, etc. can scare other guests). If your pet becomes too un-neighborly, you may be asked to leave without a refund.

• Only dogs and cats apply to our pet policy.

• No aggressive breeds are allowed (aggressive breeds include but are not limited to Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Chow Chows, Wolf Dogs and Wolf Hybrids, etc.)

• Please make sure to let us know you are bringing your furry friends, either by entering the number of pets in the “Additionals” in the online reservation form, or by calling us at (559) 683-7855.

• If booking a cottage or yurt, pets are allowed only in those cottages and yurts designated as being pet friendly. Please call us if you have any questions.

• Not letting us know about your pet(s) before you check-in can result in a $100 non-refundable fee along with a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee.

• There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $35 for one to four-night stays or $65 for longer stays. There is a $150 damage deposit that will be refunded if there is no damage.

• All of our RV sites are pet-friendly and there is no fee, but we do limit the number of dogs to two per site. No aggressive breeds are allowed. (Pit bulls, Rottweilers, etc.) A monthly pet fee for Extended Stay Guests may be added to pricing.

• Pets must be on a leash at all times. If tied up outside, they must be accompanied by the owner. Please be sure that the leash is no longer than about six feet in length. If left alone in a cottage or yurt, it must be crated for everyone’s safety. If you do not have a crate, please check with the office.

• Pets are not allowed in the Pool Area or Playground. They are more than welcome to play with their furry pals off-leash in the Bark Park.

• Please clean up after your pet(s), we provide potty bags for your convenience. Stepping in a pet’s deposit ruins the day for others, so a $50 clean-up fee will be charged each time we need to clean after a pet.

• We ask that you cover the sofa or any furniture your pet may want to sit on with a pet blanket – Pet bedding supplies may be included in cottage rentals. If it is not, you must provide this or purchase it in our lodge.

RVC reserves the right to deny you access to this service for any reason.

You're making a reservation for a stay that is less than 28 days. If you wish to stay for longer than 28 days, and we would certainly welcome you to, please call Yosemite RV Resort at 559.683.7855 to make arrangements

Disputes

RVC reserves the right to refuse service to any party based upon the laws and regulations of the state in which the resort in which service is delivered; all disputes will be settled out of court and/or through an arbitrator if it becomes necessary.

Prohibited Activities

All guests, using this website to make reservations and as a guest at our resorts, are bound by the local laws of the property in which they are booking. RVC reserves all rights.

Privacy Policy

As an Innkeeper, RVC holds all guest information as private and does not disclose to others. Additionally, RVC does not share any part of our Guest Database with third parties. Deposits and Cancellations

Liability Disclaimer

While we try our best, there may be a very limited number of times when the Information published may be inaccurate in terms of pricing and availability, and we can't guarantee the availability of specific sites or services. RVC reserves the right to correct any pricing errors that are part of a reservation. If available, we'll honor the published price, if it is determined that the pricing error was on the part of RVC and not if a third party publishes unauthorized rates. By accepting the reservation, you agree to it’s terms and to hold RVC harmless for personal inconvenience, fees, property damage, or any other claim through your use of Yosemite RV Resort. You also agree to indemnify RVC for any losses, claims or fees that we may incur because of your use of Yosemite RV Resort. You also agree to accept responsibility for any guest you may invite to your site or accommodation, including all guests registered under your name. You agree to abide by all of Yosemite RV Resort's Terms and Conditions, and, if you're bringing your Pet(s), you agree to abide by Yosemite RV Resort's Pet Policy.
