*** RV's older than 15 years MUST be approved prior to arrival.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for, but not limited to the following reasons:

Weather-related

Early departures 

RV and other equipment failure

Evictions from rule violations

For reasons other than the listed above, any refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis, at the discretion of GCRVP.

Office Hours: Mon.-Sun. 9am - 6pm          

Quiet Hours: 10pm - 7am

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is 12:00pm Check-out is 11:00am

Tent Campers: Must have a tent. (1) tent per campsite. Price includes up to (4) campers. 

-  Do not tie, nail, screw anything to trees. 

-  Hammock straps are acceptable.

RV Campers: (4) campers per site. Rate includes two adult campers. 

-  Extra tents on the RV site are $10 per night.

-  Each additional person is $3 per night.

Parking: (2) vehicles per site. Parked vehicles must be fully off road and within your site. Overflow parking for vehicles, boats, and trailers must be coordinated with the office.

Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is available. As a result of variables beyond our control (inclement weather, ISP-related issues, equipment malfunction, etc.), we do not guarantee service. We offer Wi-Fi as a complimentary amenity, which is not included in the cost of stay. 

Guests must agree to the Acceptable Use Policy.

Utilities: Please alert the office of any failures. 

-  It is your responsibility to wrap your hoses during winter and hoses cannot be leaking. 

-  All sewer lines must be installed correctly to prevent unpleasant smells.

-  All accidents relating to damages to utilities are the responsibility of the registered guest and must be fixed by a licensed professional.

Pets: Pets are welcome. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet! 

Pet Rules also apply to the dog park area located on the south property.

-  Dogs with registration and current vaccinations. 

-  Dogs must always be kept on a leash. 

-  Limit (2) dogs per site unless approved by Mgmt. 

-  Pets are not allowed to be tied outside of your RV when you are not in the park and are not to be left unattended at any time. This includes the use of dog houses/crates.

-  Runners, fence structures, and tie-downs are prohibited.

-  Visitors of guests are not allowed to bring pets to the park.

-  Pets that show aggressive behavior towards other pets and guests will be banned.

-  NO excessive barking. 

Pet rule violations will result in cancelled booking with No Refund.

Campfires/Fire Rings/Picnic Tables: All are available by request on a first come basis. 

-  Do not move, burn trash, or leave trash in the fire rings.

-  No invasive firewood

-  No burn barrels.

-  No campfires at RV sites (grills are acceptable)

Trash: Please leave your site cleaner than you found it. Rules are posted on each property. Violators will be fined for each infraction.

-  We do not have site trash pick-up. Please place your trash in the provided stations.

-  Household trash only. No bulk items.

-  Break down boxes and securely tie all bags.

-  Do Not leave trash on top of bins or ground area.

-  Excess trash can be placed in the dumpster on the Lakeside property.

-  There will be a cleaning fee of $50 assessed for sites with cigarette butt cleanup required.

Restrooms: There is no house cleaning service. Please tidy bathrooms and showers after each use. Contact Mgmt. if these areas require attention.

Wildlife and Flora: Please do not disturb wildlife. 

-  No trees, bushes, or plants to be cut, removed, damaged, or planted. 

-  All gardening and/or planting MUST be approved by Mgmt.

-  Hunting/Killing animals is strictly prohibited. 

Safety: For emergencies, call 911 immediately, then notify Mgmt. 

-  Keep your possessions and vehicles on your site. 

-  Keep personal belongings concealed, especially when not present.

-  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

-  No firearms or weapons of any kind.

-  Please drink responsibly.

-  Illegal drugs, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. 

-  Children must always be supervised by an adult. 

-  Children are not to play in the street, in other guest lots or empty lots. 

-  Please notify Mgmt. of any visitors and provide their names and vehicle info.

-  The registered guest is responsible for any visitors.

Speed Limit: The speed limit throughout the park is 5 mph. 

-  Will be enforced with a $50 fine. 

-  Repeat offenders will be asked to leave the campground without refund. 

Video/Camera Surveillance: Property and buildings are monitored by electronic equipment. 

Lake Recreation Area: Children under sixteen must always be accompanied by an adult when fishing or near the lake area. No exceptions.

-  No swimming, boats, rafts, tubes, or other watercraft are allowed in the lake at any time. 

-  Fishing is catch & release for paid guests only. 

-  Please dispose of fishing line and soft plastic baits properly as they are hazardous to ducks and other wildlife.

-  Hunting/trapping on GCRVP properties is prohibited.

-  Please Practice LNT (Leave No Trace) Policies.

RV Exterior & Site Area: Please keep the exterior and site area clean and uncluttered.

-  RVs must remain mobile and fully functional.

-  No storage under campers. 

-  Clotheslines are not allowed. 

-  No alterations to your site without permission.

-  Only approved skirting will be allowed.

-  Oil dripping and damage must be cleaned and repaired by guests. 

-  No commercial enterprises. 

-  Outdoor furniture must be approved by Mgmt. 

-  No tarps on RVs.

-  Rugs may be used but not on grass.

-  Washing RV's and/or vehicles at park is not allowed.

-  Drain lines must be installed properly. The valve must remain closed until enough volume is obtained to empty waste.

-  Repairing or painting of any vehicle is prohibited. (Mandatory RV repairs are OK.)

-  Do not walk thru occupied sites. 

-  Pole tents (event tents) are not allowed.

The following are PROHIBITED:

-  Generators

-  ATVs, Quads, Razors, or any other 4x4 vehicle

-  Satellites (Factory installations on top of units are acceptable.)

-  Fireworks

-  Drones

-  A/C window units/fans

-  NO SMOKING in any GCRVP facility or social gathering area. This includes restrooms.

Disclaimer: Camping/RV'ing is an outdoor experience; Therefore, we do not give refunds due to any discomfort of nature, illness, work schedule, dislike of neighbors, or early departures.

-  GCRVP reserves the right to raise rates on nightly, weekly, or monthly basis at any time.

-  GCRVP reserves the right to enter any site at any time (excluding inside RV/Vehicles). 

-  We are not responsible for any damages, injury, or loss by accident, weather related damage, or fire to any RV or property of any guest. 

-  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

-  We reserve the right to eject any guest, without refund for not adhering to these rules. If a guests is asked to leave the property, said guests is not allowed to return unless an permission has been granted.

*If the police are called to your site/on your behalf for reasons other than a medical emergency, you will be asked to leave the property.
