Located a few miles away from the Frio river. We have fun for the whole family.
Whether you prefer a back-in or pull through RV site, we have a spot for you. We have 30 ft and 60 ft deep spots as well as pull through spots available all equipped with 30 and 50 AMP hookups. All RV sites have water and sewer hookups with Wifi available.
We also have cabins which include a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker and all include a full bathroom with shower. Our basic cabins have one queen bed and a sofa couch. Our cabins sleeps 3 comfortably and have Wifi available.
Our bunkbed cabins have one queen bed, a sofa couch, and bunkbeds. Our bunkbed cabins sleep 5 comfortably and have Wifi available.
Lastly, we have bunkbed rooms which include a kitchen area with full fridge, microwave and coffee maker and include a full bathroom with shower. One queen bed which sleeps 2 comfortably.

House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Deposit is required at time of booking. Deposit amount required is one night stay fee based on booking. Deposit is nonrefundable and nonexchangable. No exceptions. Final payment is due at check in.
Deposit is nonrefundable period. Cancellations made 30 days or less before reservation will not receive refund of prepaid amounts. Cancellations made 31-60 days out will receive 50% refund of prepaid amounts. Again deposit amount is nonrefundable.
Rules & regulations
Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash when not in RV or cabin/bunkhouse. Anyone with a pet that shows aggression will be asked to leave without a refund. Please pick up waste after your pet. DO NOT chain or tie up your pets outside without supervision. If staying in a cabin or bunkhouse you are allowed to bring your pet but will be charged $30 pet fee per pet. No pets allowed in pool area.
A 5 mph speed limit is strictly enforced throughout the Park. This is for the safety of all guests including pets and children.
Clean up your RV site and area during your stay and before you check out. Do not leave trash for us to clean up before the next occupant’s arrival. If you neglect to clean up your area, a $15 clean up fee will be charged. A $25 clean up fee is included on cabin and Bunkhouse rentals.
Park Quiet time is as follows: 10 pm to 8 am Sunday through Thursday and 11 pm to 8 am Friday and Saturday.
Frio Buckhorn RV Park and Resort LLC and the park management are NOT responsible for any damages resulting from fire, theft, accident, vandalism, or natural disaster.
Pools have no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian or adult at all times. No glass containers allowed in pool area.
No glass bottles of any kind allowed outside of your RV or room.
Cabins and Bunkhouse guests – Please remove all trash from unit before checkout.
All RVs must be fully self-contained, well-kept and in good condition.
No smoking in gathering areas including inside grill, putt putt area, golf greens, volleyball area, basketball court, corn hole area, playground and pool area. Please discard all smoking paraphernalia properly.
Check out time is 11:00 am. No refunds for early departure. Check in is 3pm.
Guest choosing to disregard or ignore these rules may be asked to leave the park and forfeit all payments made. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Frio Buckhorn RV Park and Resort LLC is a family owned and operated business. We want our guests to feel comfortable and safe.
