Check out time is 12:00 noon, on Sunday 3PM.

QUIET HOURS ARE 11:00PM - 8:00AM

Rates include 2 adults and 2 children. More than 4 per site will be charged $5 per person/per day ages 5 and up. Due to the rise in utility costs this will be STRICTLY ENFORCED!. All visitors must STOP at front office.

NOVEMBER 1 THROUGH APRIL 1 ARRIVALS
Please find your name listed on "ARRIVALS" sheet of paper on the front door and go inside to your assigned site. Call 812-427-3330 and leave a message with your name, site number, and that you need to pay. We will return your call within 24-48 hours.

ALL HOLIDAY AND EVENT WEEKENDS
Two (2) night minimum stay is required for Swiss Wine Festival Weekend and Halloween Weekend.
Three (3) night minimum stay is required for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day holiday weekends.

Park on hard surface ONLY. Keep wheels off grass at all times. We will assist you inparking at your request.

All units must be self contained including bathroom with shower. NO TENT CAMOING OF TENTS ON SITES.

Swimming Pool- No lifeguard on duty. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Pets are welcome as part of your family but must be kept on a leash and walked only in areas marked for pets around the resort. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS. Pets are not allowed in buildings or in the playground, except for Seeing Eye Dogs. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED.

Fires in fore rings only. Do not move the fire rings. Don't burn trash of any kind in fire rings. Beer cans don't burn!

Speed limit is 5MPH STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Trash pick up at site between 8AM and10:30AM. During other times place in containers located around resort. DO NOT LEAVE OUT OVERNIGHT.

All RV's must park with utilities on drivers side

Golf carts and motorized vehicles are permitted on hard surfaces; not on bicycle/waking trail. Must be 16 years old and be a licensed driver. Vehicle must have lights.

Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult in the restrooms, store and playground/

Jumping Pillow- All children must be accompanied by an adult.

No smoking in any building please. Dispose of cigarette butts un receptacles, not on grass or concrete.

Generators are not allowed.

If you have guests coming, they MUST register at the office prior to entering resort and pay a guest fee of $4 per person per day. Our resort facilities are for paid guests only.

One vehicle per site. Please check with the office for additional parking.

No ground carpets. They kill the grass.

Bicycles permitted. Helmets recommended.

No firearms or fireworks.

Fishing is catch and release. No barbed hooks. No license required. Bait sold at store.

We have made every effort to provide our guests with a safe and enjoyable resort. However, all persons entering the resort do so at their own risk. The management is not responsible or liable for damage, injury or loss to either persons or property. Parents are responsible for any damage or act of vandalism committed by their children. The management reserved the right to refuse entry to any person who has evidenced a disregard for the rules and reserves the right of dismissal from the resort for any violation or disregard of the rules. No refund after one hour past check-in.
