Quiet Hours are from 10PM – 7AM

Speed Limit is 10 MPH throughout entire park

Check-in time is 2 PM and check-out Time is 11 AM.

Please visit the office to check in and pay all remaining balances before going to your site. All monthly rent is due on the first of the month, a late fee of $35 is applied to all balances unpaid by the 5th of every month. If the balance remains unpaid, you will be asked to leave the property and the necessary legal action will be taken.

Electric charges are to be paid no later than the 5th of the month in order to avoid disruption in service. A late fee of $15 is applied to all electric balances unpaid by the 5th of every month.

Dogs: All well-behaved and vaccinated dogs are welcome. We do require that they are on a leash at all times when outside the RV. All pets are to be cleaned up after and accompanied at all times.

All sites have parking for one vehicle on your pad. Please keep all vehicles off of the grass.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. NO SWIMMING is allowed.

Be aware that local wildlife (deer, snakes, skunks, raccoons, etc…) will occasionally inhabit the park.

Illegal activity of any kind is prohibited and grounds for immediate expulsion. Registered sex offenders are not allowed at the park.

No washing of your personal vehicle or RV is permitted at the park

No smoking is permitted in community buildings. You must be at least 15 feet away from any doorway to smoke.

Please keep all sites clean and tidy of trash and debris.

This property is privately owned. The guest accepts the camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release Flatonia RV Ranch, the officers, and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of the park’s facilities.
