Fallbrook RV Resort

Check-in time is 1:00PM for all pads. 3:00PM for all rental units.

Check-out time is 11:00AM.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced 10:00PM - 7:00AM. Noise must be at a minimum during this time. This includes radios, stereos and TVs. Please respect your neighbors' privacy and property.

Parking is allowed in designated areas only. Do not block driveways. Do not park on the grass, in the fire lanes or in any area other than your assigned parking space.

You are provided 1 spot on your pad and 1 spot in front of your pad parallel to your RV. Limited overflow parking is available around the resort on a first come, first serve basis.

Guests are permitted to park trailers up to 7 feet (from tongue to back) on their rented pad. If their trailer is longer than 7 feet, guests are required to rent parking spaces designated for trailer parking.

Speed limit: 5 mph. This speed limit is strictly enforced. Drive safely and watch for pedestrians.

Trash: Please keep your space clean. Deposit trash in the conveniently located dumpsters. Do NOT litter.

Reservations: Please confirm space availability if you wish to stay extra days.

Mail: Incoming mail is received daily. Mailboxes are available for long term guests.

Do NOT move picnic tables or benches.

Washing RVs is prohibited on Fallbrook property, unless done by one of our approved vendors.

Vending: Ice and soft drink machines are available at the facilities building. Washers and dryers are provided in the laundry room.

Laundry: Open 24/7

No construction of decks or stairs is allowed.

Pet Policies:

Pets must be kept on a leash. Pets are not allowed in buildings. You are required to clean up and dispose of any messes caused by your pet. $20 fee for not picking up after your pet(s) or not picking up our cigarette butts.

Dog Run Rules:

Pets are not allowed to use area outside of the Dog Run.

Pet owner is required to clean up behind pets.

Pets are not to be left unattended outside at any time.

All pet fences should be off the grass at all times.

Pool Rules and Policies:

The pool is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Adults only between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm (18 years of age or older). No one is permitted within the pool area at any other time.

Diving in the pool is NOT permitted.

Pool yard gates may NOT be propped open or otherwise rendered inoperable, even temporarily.

No food or drinks are allowed int eh pool or on the pool deck. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.

No running, horseplay, fighting, dangerous conduct or noise which disturbs the guests is allowed in the pool area.

No animals are allowed in the pool or on the pool deck.

Management is not responsible for articles which are lost, damaged or stolen.

The maximum occupancy is 50 persons. Do not enter the pool if this maximum is already met.

The pool may be used only by Fallbrook RV Resort guests and their visitors. Visitors must be accompanied by a Fallbrook RV Resort guest.

There is no lifeguard on duty. Persons using the pool facilities do so at their own risk. The owner and management assume no responsibility for accident or injury. Persons under the age of 16 must not use the pool without adult supervision.

Parents, guardians or custodians of persons under the age of 16 years are totally responsible for compliance with these policies by those persons who are within the pool area. These policies apply to Fallbrook RV Resort guests and their visitors.

Violating these policies will entitle the owner to terminate the Fallbrook RV Resort guest's right of occupancy. The management reserves the right to restrict the use of pool facilities.

Lake Rules and Policies:

Warning! The lake is deep enough that a person can drown. No lifeguard or supervision is provided.

No boats or floating devices are allowed on the lake.

No swimming or wading is allowed in the lake.

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed within 20 feet of the lake bank without parental, guardian or custodian supervision.

Only catch and release fishing is permitted.

No throwing of rocks or anything else into the lake.
