Policies
RV Site cancellation policy: Reservations cancelled more than 90 days in advance of arrival will receive a full refund of funds returned in the original form of payment. Reservations cancelled 90 days or less in advance of arrival, will incur a $10 cancellation fee, with the remainder of funds returned in the original form of payment.
Rules & regulations
Tenants and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their family members or pets.
Tenants assumes any and all risks associated with the aforementioned and agrees to hold Evergreen Sportsmen’s Club harmless from and indemnify Evergreen Sportsmen’s Club against same.
Evergreen Sportsmen’s Club is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss and or theft of any personal property, etc. Please keep your valuables secured.
Evergreen has the right to evict any person (s) who does not comply with the policies and rules.
You have reserved a specific site, please make sure you set up in that site. All guests must register in the office upon arrival.
Tenants shall not make any alterations to the electric, water or sewer connections.
Evergreen does not allow nor will be responsible for the delivery of mail and or packages. Guests must make arrangements for personal deliveries to an off-site location.
Camping at Evergreen is for recreational stays only. This is not a residential, inhabitant camp.
Camping stays 14 days and beyond requires written approval.
Camping vehicles cannot be older than 15 model years.
Speed limit on the property is 5 MPH.
All motorhomes, RV’s and travel trailers must be in good working order and appearance.
Evergreen has the right to refuse access to any guest whose vehicle is deemed unacceptable.
Exterior furnishings should be appropriate for outdoor camping use. Furnishing designed for indoor use are not permitted outside on your camp site.
Tenants and guests are forbidden to perform maintenance on any vehicle on property.
Washing vehicles on property is forbidden.
The use of paint products, thinners and other chemicals are forbidden.
Parking or storage of utility trailers, boats, boat trailers, jet skis, car dollies, etc. is not permitted at the camp site. If participating in a sanctioned equestrian event horse trailers are permitted but must not interfere with other camp spots. For an additional fee and without liability to Evergreen Sportsmen’s Club they can be parked in the storage lot.
Check in is at 2 PM; check out is 11 AM.
Please be respectful and courteous to your neighbors.
Do not walk between sites when navigating around the park. Please use the main isles.
Quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM.
Loud music or objectionable noise is prohibited.
Open fires are strictly prohibited.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. This includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials and firecrackers.
Drones are prohibited. An adjacent property is home to the Thurston County Miniature’s Aerodrome where you could fly your drone.
ATV type vehicles, golf carts are welcome. They must be in good working condition and quiet. All the requirements and guidelines which apply to motorhomes and RVs apply.
Housekeeping expectations:
You are expected to keep your camping area clean, organized and presentable.
Clotheslines are prohibited.
As a reminder you are in a wildlife habitat area. There are racoons, opossums, deer, elk and birds of all kinds on and around our property. Do not leave food or food scraps outside overnight.
There are trash receptacles throughout the park. Please tie closed any trash bags you put in these receptacles. If the receptacle is full, do not place your trash bag on the ground!
We have a trash dumpster and a cardboard recyclable dumpster on the northwest side of the clubhouse. Please, do not dispose your motor oil, cooking oil, hazardous or toxic materials, furniture, mattresses, paint, batteries, etc. in these dumpsters.
If you bring it into our facility, take it back out with you.
Our bathrooms and showers are open 24 hours. They can be accessed from the northwest side of the clubhouse.
Pet Policies & Rules
Please be considerate of other guests in the park. Not everyone appreciates animals. Some folks are truly allergic to them.
No more than three common household pets (dogs and cats) may be kept on the premises. No livestock, poultry, reptiles, insect or dangerous, aggressive or poisonous animals are permitted. If you are participating in a sanctioned equestrian event, horses are permitted.
Service animals welcomed.
Please have vaccination documentation with you. Make sure your pet’s shots are current.
Please keep your pets on a leash at all times.
Please do not tie your pet to trees, doors, posts nor the fence.
Pets are not allowed in the buildings, the bathrooms nor the showers.
Do not leave your pet behind if you leave the park. Unexpected events could arise which could be dangerous or hazardous to your pet including weather, power outages, etc.
Excessive barking from your pet will not be tolerated. If it persists, you will be asked to leave the park – without a refund.
Owning a pet requires good housekeeping principles. Be a good neighbor and always clean up after you pet communes with Mother Nature regardless where it happens. Your site, your neighbors’ site, out in the fields or in the woods pet droppings are to be cleaned up and properly disposed. Failure to do so will result in ejection from the park without a refund.
