House rules for a happy stay
Policies
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy before your arrival date. If you cancel within our 48-hour cancellation period from your arrival date, any paid deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations before the 48-hour cancellation period will assume a $20 cancellation charge. Should something come up for you, we will be happy to move your reservation to another date at no extra charge. No refunds for early departure or no-shows.
Rules & regulations
RV check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (Noon).
Office Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM daily
Guests must register ALL members of their party prior to arrival.
Smoking is NOT allowed in any buildings.
Please no outdoor fires. Propane BBQ's are allowed.
No more than two (2) pets per RV. For everyone’s safety, pets must be on a LEASH at all times, including when outside your RV space.
