The two forks of central Kentucky’s Elkhorn Creek join at Elkhorn Creek RV Park to form one of the state’s best-known streams for its beauty and fishing, canoeing and kayaking. From the Forks of Elkhorn to its end at the Kentucky River, Elkhorn Creek provides 17 miles of nature and adventure.
We have an assortment of well-maintained sites for you to choose from that include full hook up sites, electric and water only sites, a few pull-thrus for easy access. and free Wi-Fi through most of park. Children can play on the playground or test their golfing skills with our Putt-Putt golf.
One of the main reasons people love our property is our proximity to Elkhorn Creek and its activities. Some of our RV sites literally rest on the banks of the creek. This makes us an ideal location for people who love to kayak, canoe, fish and enjoy the sounds of the water.

House rules for a happy stay
Policies
There is a $25 fee if you cancel your reservation more than 7 days from arrival date. It is $50 within 7 days. For holidays and special events, it is $25 more than 30 days out and $100 if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. For monthly reservations, it is $100 more than 30 days out and $250 within 30 days.

Children & Pets
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children age 4 and under stay free.
Pets are welcome. We love well mannered pets and their owners. Please be prepared to pick up after your pet. Your pets must be leashed at all times. Vicious or obnoxious(excessive barking) pets are not allowed. You may not leave your pets unattended on your site or IN your rig at any time. You are responsible for any damage your pet does to park property. Pets are not allowed in the office, bath house, pool area, or laundry room under any circumstances. An exception will be made for service dogs with proper papers. Violations of our pet policy WILL result in your departure from our park.
Elkhorn Creek RV Park Guidelines
Elkhorn Creek RV Park is an inviting family owned property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. We have established these guidelines to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness and maintenance within our RV Park. We support the GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY and the DO WHAT YOUR MOTHER SAID OR SHOULD HAVE SAID POLICY that we all learned as kids. If you follow these general policies in our RV Park, you will be a very happy camper. We thank you in advance for your cooperation as it will ensure a pleasant stay for you and all of our guests. Please enjoy your stay with us at Elkhorn Creek RV Park.
General Guidelines
+ Please observe our 9.9 MPH speed limit as it is designed for the safety of all of our guests and children. Offenders of this policy will be required to leave the park without a refund.
+ There are no refunds for early departure as we have reserved your space specifically for you.
+ Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM Children under 12 must be supervised. You are responsible for your visitors and overnight guests.
+ Our Daily and Weekly rates include 2 adults, 2 kids, 2 pets, and 1 vehicle and your rig/camper. It also includes electricity, water, and sewer. Any extra's beyond these shall be subject to a nominal daily charge.
ALL GUESTS WITH A MONTHLY RATE MUST ALSO PAY FOR ELECTRICITY. If a monthly guest is NOT on autopay and does not pay prior to the 1st day of their next monthly cycle, they will be charged a $50 late fee.
+ Most weekends require a 2 night minimum reservation. We reserve the right to move any guest who reserves a site for ONLY 1 night, regardless of day, in order to maximize Park efficiency.
+ Our Pavilion, Pool, Playgrounds, Dog Park, the Creek, and other recreation areas are available for the use of our guests.
+ GUEST ACTIVITIES ARE NOT SUPERVISED AND YOU ARE SUBJECT TO YOUR OWN RISK.
DIRECTIONS: VERY IMPORTANT
From Louisville or Lexington, Ky. take Interstate 64 to exit 58. Turn West onto U.S. 60(Versailles Road) and go 2.3 miles. Turn right onto U.S.460(Georgetown Rd) going east. Go 2.5 miles and you will see our sign on the right just over the bridge. Turn right on North Scruggs Lane and go a few hundred yards and bear to your right when you see our sign.
VERY IMPORTANT: When arriving to the RV Park from Lexington or anywhere from the east, DO NOT follow Google or Apple Maps….the backroads they will take you are NOT camper friendly. Please use Exit 58 off Interstate 64. You will be glad you did.
