    CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be a $10.00 cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours pior to arrival.

    Rules & regulations

    QUIET HOURS: Observed from 10pm to 8am.

    SPEED LIMIT: 5 mph throughout the park. Please drive carefully and DO NOT cut thorugh sites. Damage to utilities and/or property could occur which could cause offender to incur damage charges.

    CHILDREN: Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their children.

    SITES: Please keep your site clean and orderly at all times.

    DUMPSTERS: Located on the east side of the restrooms. Please break down boxes before disposing of.

    PETS: We ask that you clean up after your pet. Pets must be on leash no longer than 6 feet and are not to be tied outside unattended. Owners are responsible for their pets.

    VEHICLES: Washing/working on any vehicle(s) is prohibited anywhere in the park.

    GUEST(S): We welcome your guests, however, they are required to register at the office upon arrival.

    GREY WATER: Ground disposal of grey water is illegal. Please catch in receptacle and empty in the sewer dump.

    GENERAL: Laundry, showers and restroom facilities are located in the center of the park. Laundry is coin operated and change is available in the office. Pleasure riding on motorcycle or four-wheelers is not allowed in the park. Please park only in the space that is assigned to you.

    RESTROOMS ARE CLOSED DAILY FROM 9AM - 10:30AM FOR CLEANING.
