IMPORTANT REMINDERS

All children/teenagers must be back at a campsite by 10:30pm. They cannot roam the park or occupy bath facilities. This rule will be strictly enforced.

The number of registered guests per short term (daily or weekly) rv spot included with your stay will be 4; all additional guests will be charged a daily entry fee, max per site is 8 total.

The number of registered guests per monthly rv spot will be 2; All additional guests will be charged a daily or monthly entry fee, max per site is 8 total.

Please do not park vehicles, golf carts, or ride bikes on grass areas and display parking permit tags at all times.

Sound systems or loud speakers are not allowed (even during the day).

No bikes, trikes, scooters, or skateboards allowed after dark, it's hard to see and very dangerous.

There is no golf cart riding after 10:30pm.

No outside food or drinks allowed thru pool gate or facility doors and no alcohol allowed out, no exceptions.

A metal trash receptacle will be provided by the dumpsters for disposal of ashes from grill.

No swimming is allowed at our fishing pond.

GENERAL RULES AND POLICIES

All guests and visitors must register at our front office. All guests and visitors must wear a wristband at all times; all vehicles and golf carts must display a parking tag at all times. All non-camping guests must leave the park by 10:00pm.

You must be 21 years of age to rent any spot, house or cottage in our park; primary renter must be onsite while any member of their party is onsite.

The speed limit for all vehicles in our park is 5 miles per hour and is strictly enforced.

Please respect the property, our neighbors, and fellow campers; do not cut thru sites please use concrete roads only.

Please park your RV, car, truck, motorcycle, or golf carts in your designated concrete site only; no parking on grass, and display parking permit tags at all times. Guests and extra vehicles have parking available in designated areas throughout the park.

Vehicle owners are responsible for any and all towing fees for improperly parked vehicle removal.

Please do not give your gate access code to anyone.

Parents are fully and solely responsible for the behavior and safety of their children.

Quiet time is from 10:00pm until 8:00am every day. Excessive noise, nuisance, public drunkenness, illegal drug use, sale or exchange, nudity, foul or offensive language, explosives, fireworks and firearms are not permitted at any part of the day.

Dumping gray water on the ground is not permitted, each spot has onsite sewer. Use of sewer donut is mandatory, if you do not own one they are available for purchase in our convenience store.

Use of water for non-potable services, such as washing vehicles is not permitted.

Campers are responsible for keeping their sites clean during their stay. Please do not throw cigarette butts or other trash on the ground. Trash pickup will be at 9:00am, 7 days a week. All trash needs to be in sealed trash bags and placed at the road between 8:00 – 9:00am. During busier times of the year we will pass again in the afternoon around 4:00pm. Please do not put trash out the night before.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted in any house, building, or structure. Smoking is only allowed in designated outside areas.

Alcoholic beverages must be carried discretely in a cup or koozie.

Use of glass bottles and containers is discouraged throughout our park.

Fires are allowed in grills only. All fires must be extinguished by bedtime.

No outside motorized recreational equipment allowed in our park, such as UTVs, ATVs, go-carts, mini-bikes, or private watercraft. Electric and gas golf carts that are quiet are allowed provided you register them and pay a $10.00 per day fee for a permit and display parking permit tag at all times. Only licensed drivers 21 or over are allowed to operate golf carts on our property. All drivers shall be self-insured. Proof of insurance required.

For the safety of all our guests, anyone riding a bicycle after dark must have proper working headlights on the front and proper lights/reflectors on the back of their bicycles. *If your bicycle does not have lights that are operational, lights are available for purchase from the camp store.

Absolutely no repairs to RVs or motor vehicle modifications are allowed inside the park.

No generators please.

No music after 10:00pm, not even at a low volume. This rule is strictly enforced and can cause eviction.

No person within the grounds shall behave in such a manner as to jeopardize the safety and health of himself/herself and others. Such behavior, including abusive or profane language, shall be grounds for expulsion without warning or refunds.

Violations of rules may result in immediate eviction without warning or refund.

You must understand and agree to abide by these rules and regulations in their entirety upon check in and during your stay.

If you rent a RV site you must physically have a RV on site, you can not just rent a space.

EL CAMPO LOST LAGOON, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND/OR AFFILIATES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES TO YOUR PROPERTY DURING YOUR STAY, ALL CAMPERS AND GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL INJURY OR ACCIDENTS THEY ARE INVOLVED IN.

RV SITE RULES AND POLICIES

4 person registered occupancy for daily/weekly guests, 2 person registered occupancy for monthly only. Persons must be registered upon check-in. There will be no exchanging of names or bracelets. Every person above your 4 registered guests will be charged the daily guest fee. Maximum guests per RV site is 8.

Check in time is 1:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. Late check out MAY be available (with prior approval and availability) for $15.00 per hour until 3:00pm. At 3:00pm there will be another days stay assessed. Late check out is ONLY guaranteed if you extend your reservation to the next day.

Full hook-up RV spots include 30 and 50 amp electric, onsite water, onsite sewer, cable TV, and Wi-Fi.

Pets must not be left unattended outside your RV or camper. 

RV age requirement is 10 years or newer in excellent repair. Over 10 years must get management approval.

No high-lows, truck campers or tents are allowed. Hard-sided units only and must be self contained.

GOLF CART RULES AND POLICIES

Electric and gas golf carts that are quiet are allowed provided you register them and pay $10.00 per day fee for a permit and display permit tag at all times. Only licensed drivers over 21 are allowed to operate golf carts on our property. All drivers shall be self-insured. Proof of insurance is required.

Golf carts rented from El Campo Lost Lagoon being operated in violation of any park rules and regulations are subject to eviction of the entire party without refund.

Late check out MAY be available (with prior approval and availability) for $15.00 per hour until 3:00pm. At 3:00pm there will be another days stay assessed. Late check out is ONLY guaranteed if you extend your reservation to the next day.

HOUSE, COTTAGE & PENTHOUSE RULES AND POLICIES

You must be 21 years of age to rent any house, cottage or penthouse; primary renter must be onsite while any member of their party is onsite.

There is a strict person occupancy limit on the house, cottage or penthouse depending on which house you have rented. If you are found to have more than the occupancy permitted, you will be evicted without refund.

Persons must be registered upon check-in. There will be no exchanging of names or bracelets. Every person above your registered guests will be charged the daily guest fee and cannot stay the night.

Houses include full kitchen with sink, 4 burner stove with oven, microwave, full size refrigerator with freezer and icemaker, coffee pot, and toaster. Each house also includes a private bathroom with full tub and shower, TV, digital cable, central heat and air conditioning, Wi-Fi and front patio.

Check in time is 3:00pm; check out time is 10:00am. You are welcome to come use the facilities from 1:00pm (on the day of check in) until we confirm that the house/cottage/penthouse is ready. You are also welcome to use our facilities for the rest of the day after checkout for a $25 per person late check out fee, but you must have all of your belongings out of the house/cottage/penthouse and turn in the rental unit key at 10:00am. A $25.00 per hour penalty fee is assessed for any late key returns.

Pets are not allowed inside or outside of our houses, cottages or penthouses. (Do not bring them)

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside our houses, cottages or penthouses.

We provide most kitchen cooking and eating utensils.

We provide linens and bath towels for The Homestead, The Pearl & Perrys Penthouses. (Pillows, pillow cases, sheets and blankets for the bed(s) and sleeper sofa). Bath towels are provided for the cottages; however, guests are responsible for providing their own bed linens, blankets and pillows for the cottages.

Linens will not be changed during the stay. Guests are responsible for laundering their linens during their stay. A coin operated laundry facility is available at the park.

Guests must provide their own beach towels, bath soap/shampoo, etc.

Used dishes are to be washed by guests prior to departure.

Every house, cottage or penthouse must have a credit/debit card on file to secure any incidentals you want to charge towards your account and/or any damages that occur during your stay.

POOL RULES AND POLICIES

Our pool and recreation area is for registered guests and registered visitors only, no exceptions. The pool is closed during bad weather.

Pool hours are from 10:00am until 9:00pm on weekdays and Sunday and 10:00am until 10:00pm on Friday and Saturday.

No ice chests or outside food/drinks are allowed in pool or recreation areas and no alcohol allowed in or out. Bags are subject to search due to TABC and insurance requirements.

No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the Jacuzzi.

No diving, no running or horseplay in or around our pool.

Everybody must shower off before entering pool.

Swimsuits only; no cutoffs, thongs, shirts, or street clothes.

There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. An adult must accompany and directly supervise all children 12 and under.

No pets are allowed in our pool or recreation areas.

No glass containers, outside drinks or food are allowed in the pool or recreation areas and no alcohol is allowed to be taken out of these areas.

Swimmers who need diapers must use diapers designed for pool use. Diapers must be changed in designated diaper changing area or restrooms.

If you have a communicable disease that can be transmitted by water or have been ill with diarrhea or vomiting in the last two weeks, please do not use our pool.

Swimmers with seizure, heart or circulatory problems are advised to swim with a buddy.

No food is allowed in the pool/jacuzzi water.

El Campo Lost Lagoon reserves the right to refuse admittance into our swimming facility when the capacity of the pool has been reached or when otherwise deemed necessary for health, welfare or safety of our patrons.

PET RULES AND POLICIES

Pets are allowed at all overnight sites except houses and cottages. All pets must be controlled at all times and be on a 6 foot leash when outside your camper. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. All pet waste should be picked up immediately and placed in appropriate trash containers. There will be a $20.00 fine assessed to anyone who doesn't clean up after their pet. Pet owners are fully responsible for the behavior and safety of their pets.

No Pit Bulls or Rottweilers.

Pets are not allowed in any building on the property, pool, or recreation areas.

Owners must show proof of rabies vaccination for each animal brought onto our property.

FITNESS CENTER RULES AND POLICIES

Use of fitness center is restricted to persons 18 years and older.

Wet swimming suits or other wet apparel are not permitted in fitness center.

Users should place a towel over benches and seats.

Lower weight stack gently and quietly.

Shirts, closed toe shoes, pants or shorts must be worn when using the fitness center.

Use of the cardiovascular equipment is limited to 20 minutes when others are waiting.

Headphones must be worn when listening to personal music or entertainment devices.
