We are exceptionally priced and flexible, Echo Basin is the ideal venue for any size group or wedding as well as family vacations. We offer Rustic A-Frame studio cabins with lofts that sleep four people comfortably. We provide; linens, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator in all our cabins. The Deluxe Two Story Bedroom Cabins sleep eight people and have a full kitchen with utensils.We are your full mountain destination resort, offering cabins, 65 space full hookup RV park, and banquet facilities with seasonal full bar & grill. If you are searching for a family vacation, wedding venue, or reunion every detail will be taken care of when you reserve your event with us.     A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is processed more than 30 days prior to the arrival date.

    Rules & regulations

    We are pet friendly with a couple of rules; Pets must be restrained at all times and must be cleaned up after.

    “Cabin Check-in” time is 3:00pm. If you arrive early and your cabin is ready and available, you will be able to occupy it before the 3:00pm check-in time. If you are a “Late Arrival”, and the office is closed, please complete your check-in process in the morning. 

    Because we do not enter your cabin while you are using it, there is no daily maid service. Because water resources in Southern Colorado are precious we encourage guests to use their towels more than one day. However, we can exchange your used towels for clean towels each day of your stay if you bring them into the office for fresh ones.

    Bath house and Laundry are open seasonally (May to November).
