East Zion Resort

This beautiful farmhouse is accessible with the Lodge at East Zion Resort but can also be rented out separately. Our location is perfect for visiting Southern Utah's National Parks. We are situated right between Zion(20 minutes away) and Bryce (50 minutes away). The Grand Canyon is and Hour and a half south of us as well. Other favorites like Cedar Breaks, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, and Lake Powell are all close as well.

Upon arrival, guests will have the ability to come and go as they please with the convenience of electronic locks on each tiny home. There is a main bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom, and a ladder leading to a loft area with two twin beds. 

Beautifully decorated, clean, and kid-friendly, you will find these homes to be well equipped with everything you might need to enjoy a home away from home experience. We have provided a fully stocked kitchen for those wanting to cook while they are visiting. Also provided are a washer and dryer, laundry detergent, Keurig coffee maker, smart tv's, a couch bed, and cozy decorations to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 

We also offer outdoor amenities, including a spacious grassy area great for kids, your own individual fire pit and bbq grill, and outdoor seating. Feel free to wander around and see the free-range chickens, some fun old farm equipment that is original to the land, and our homegrown garden (during the summer growing season).

Camp in luxury when you choose one of our glamping tents. Each tent is fully modernized with ac/heating and power. Amenities such as a  microwave, a coffeemaker, a two-burner electric stove, a small refrigerator with a smaller freezer, dishes, pots and pans are included. Each tent is furnished with either two queen beds or a king bed and a cot and all of the linens you will need.

A wall inside the tent separates a full bathroom from the living space and includes a toilet, running hot/cold water, a free standing shower, and sink. 

There are plenty of windows for ventilation and a covered patio area for outdoor sitting space.

Enjoy a peaceful evening grilling on the patio on the provided propane grill, roast s'mores around the fire pit, or take a walk down and soak in the pool and hot tub after a long day of exploring the parks.

Our hundred year old cottonwood tree died last year and we just couldn't cut it down. So, what did we do? We preserved the trunk and built us a tree house to share with everyone!

Our guests are more than welcome to access the tree house through the hobbit door that opens up to the inside of the tree trunk. That's right, we even managed to hollow out the inside of this giant tree and have added a climbing wall access for our serious adventurers. Don't worry though, we also have exterior stairs to make your stay just a little bit easier.

The home itself has been tastefully constructed with a rustic design and some modern and clean finishes. Our tree house has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We have a full sized bathroom with all the toiletries provided. The kitchenette has a two burner stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. The loft has a king size bed and the couch pulls out to sleep extra guests as well. We have free wifi, DirectTV, and access to Netflix, Hulu, etc.

The large picture windows allow you to see the incredible views of The Sugar Knoll plateau. The stars are impressive as well, and you can see them right from your bed!

Climb the stairs to find a king bed positioned perfectly under a rooftop window for an unforgettable night of star gazing! Inside our yurts, positioned on the hillside of East Zion Resort, guests will find everything they need for an unforgettable stay. Each yurt is fully modernized with ac/heating and power. Sleeping arrangements include two king beds and a sofa bed in our larger yurt layout, or one king bed and a sofa bed/sitting area in our smaller yurt layout. 

Amenities such as a microwave, coffeemaker, two-burner electric stove, small refrigerator and freezer, dishes, and pots and pans are included. The yurt also has a separate bathroom area with hot and cold running water, a toilet, and a fun unique shower.

There are plenty of windows and double doors leading to a deck and a patio overlooking the beautiful mountains, trees, and town below.
