This puts you close enough to the action to enjoy the city but just far enough for you to be able to enjoy a comfortable and quiet setting. The RV sites include everything from large concrete pull-thrus to gravel back-ins.

Newly constructed tiny home is fully furnished and outfitted for your comfort and security. It has all new linens and home furnishings. It comes with a washer/dryer, full size bathroom, queen size bed in loft and a pull out sleeper sofa. Conveniently located to Jordan Hare and all Auburn activities. Enjoy time with old friends and meet new ones by sitting in the pavilion with a large flat screen TV and firepit. This charming little tiny home can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights.

Football Season Packages are non-refundable once the package is paid in full
Game Day Weekend Packages:
More than 2 weeks - WRITTEN notice is required and is a 25% cancellation fee; 2 weeks notice or less - Non refundable.
Daily, weekly, and monthly rates - 20% cancellation fee.

Check-in is at 1PM Check-out is at 10AM (unless otherwise noted)
RV’s, campers, and camper vans must be 2000 or newer. Management discretion for older models that are maintained, and the outside is not deteriorating. Current pictures must be provided.
Illegal Drugs and Alcoholic Beverages
Illegal drugs and use if illegal drugs are not allowed in the park.
Intoxicated behavior is not permitted in the park.
Eagle's Landing RV Park is a FAMILY ORIENTED RV PARK, and we ask that you drink responsibly and respect those who chose not to drink alcohol.
Please keep all canned or bottled alcoholic beverages in a concealed container.
All Vehicles including low speed vehicles
No vehicle is to exceed 5 MPH in the park
All vehicles must have their lights on at night. If you do not have lights, do not drive your vehicle in the park at night.
Children with bikes should be supervised by their parents and/ or registered camper.
Respect others in the park
Please respect guests by not allowing your pets or children to play in the areas leased by others.
Please respect the area of others by controlling your noise level and language.
Please respect the area of others by sharing the park rules with your visitors.
Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children.
Quiet hours are from 11PM to 8AM.
Please keep the park clean and place BAGGED trash in containers. If the container is full, please place trash in the next empty bin.
Do not throw out food as this may attract ants and other insects.
Any Person extending their stay over 30 days will be subject to a background check ($25 fee)
Park is not responsible for ant infestations. The park is treated monthly but campers are responsible for treatment of their personal camper/ RV.
Please do not leave laundry unattended.
Pets
Must be leashed and under the control of their owner, or kept inside the guest's RV.
No unattended pets allowed.
Pet owners are required to clean up immediately after their pets. $50 fee if your site must be cleaned up by the management.
No pets are allowed in the Clubhouse.
Pet pens are not allowed.
Parking
One car per site.
Do no block the road or park on empty sites. Parking on sites that are not yours could result in having to pay for that site for that day.
Do not park on the grass. $25 fine for parking on the grass. If the grass is damaged costs to replace the sod will be charged to your account.
Extra parking spaces are available in front of the Clubhouse
Fines
Water leak- 1st offence is a warning to fix the problem in a timely manner. 2nd offence is a $25 fine for not fixing the problem.
Pet waste -1st offence is a warning. 2nd offence will be a $50 fine for clean up costs.
Parking on grass- 1st offence is a warning. 2nd offence is a $25 fine.
ANY VIOLATIONS OF ABOVE STATED RULES MAY RESULT IN YOUR BEING ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND
