PARK RULES

Please take a moment to review these rules with your family and guests. We at Eagle Lake RV Park want all of our guests to have the best camping experience possible.

CHECK-IN TIME is 1:00 PM. All fees must be paid in advance.

CHECK-OUT TIME is 11:00 AM. If you wish to extend your stay, please reregister by 10:00 AM. It may be necessary to have you move if your space has been reserved by another guest.

OVERNIGHT GUESTS: All overnight guests must register upon arrival and pay appropriate fees.

TENT CAMPING in designated areas only. No tents allowed in RV spaces without prior approval from management.

QUIET HOURS are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

SPEED LIMIT is 5 miles per hour. Please watch for little ones.

PARKING vehicles must be parked o of asphalt roads to allow access of emergency vehicles. Additional vehicle parking is available at front of park across from store. CHILDREN are most welcome at the park and must be supervised. They are the responsibility of their parents/guardians. Small children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. According to California Law: All bicycle and non-motorized scooter riders under the age of 18, must wear a helmet.

PETS are welcome. Lassen County Ordinance states that they must be on a leash. It is YOUR job to clean up after them. Excessive barking and/or aggressive behavior are not allowed.

OUTSIDE ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES are not allowed without prior approval from management. Additional fees will apply.

SEWER CONNECTIONS, according to California Law, are required to use a 3-inch airtight threaded adapter for sewer hookup. Holding tank chemicals containing formaldehyde are prohibited.

CAMPFIRES, when permitted, are restricted to designated fire pits only. Fires must not be higher than 2 feet. Fires and BBQs must be personally attended. No one under 18 is allowed to start or attend fires or BBQs. All fires must be put out completely with water before retiring or leaving the space. Smokers please take special care during fire season.

FIREARMS: Discharge of firearms and the use of fireworks of any kind is prohibited within the park.

FISH CLEANING: The fish cleaning station is supplied for the use of our guests only. Non-guests needing the use of this facility need to check in with the store and pay appropriate fees. Please do not clean fish anywhere except the fish cleaning station.

TRASH dumpsters are located throughout the park. They are for the use of our guests. Please do not litter or use fire pits for trash.

GENERATORS: Please do not use your generator unless you are dry camping or we are experiencing a power outage. During Quiet Hours, generator use is prohibited. NO SOLICITING for goods or services of any kind is allowed in the park without prior written approval from the owners. No advertising or signage except that which is painted on vehicles is allowed.

GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING: Please keep your area clean and picked up. Do not hang laundry or clotheslines outside. Please keep storage of anything outside or underneath your rig to a minimum. Do not hang anything from the trees.

THIS IS A PRIVATE RV PARK. Please be considerate of others. The Owners and/or their employees are not responsible for accidents or injuries to our customers or their guests, or for loss due to accident, -re or theft. All customers and guests must comply with all Federal, State and Local laws. The Owners and management of EAGLE LAKE RV PARK reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and/or to revoke all privileges of entry and use of the park for misconduct or violation of any rule or law. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises if they are not cooperative, without refund. According to section 537 of the California Penal Code; "Anyone who absconds, vandalizes or attempts to defraud the park by not paying their fees, may be subject to prosecution." WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EVICT ANYONE FOR BEHAVIOR DETRIMENTAL TO THE PARK AND ITS VISITORS OR FOR FAILING TO OBSERVE THE PARK RULES, WITHOUT REFUND.
