Occupancy: Park rules must be observed at all times. We reserve the right to terminate your stay at any time, without advance notice.

Check Out Time is 12:00 pm.

Speed Limit: 5 miles per hour & strictly enforced.

Space Assignment: Please park only in spaces assigned by our staff. Parking for your tow vehicle or extra car(s) is within the confines of your space. Please use caution, guests will be responsible for the replacement costs of any utilities of fixtures damaged.

Children: Parents are responsible for their children's conduct and safety. An adult must attend children under the age of 14 at all times.

Visitors: Registered guest are responsible for their visitors. Visiting guests must check in with manager. Facilities such as restrooms and showers are not for the use by visitors. Otherwise they will become overcrowded and unavailable for paying camper's use.

Pets: All pets must be on a leash at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets. Unruly or noisy pets will not be tolerated. Absolutely no pets allowed in the common areas such as the pool, recreation room, restrooms, etc. Animals displaying aggression towards people or other animals are not allowed and all actions by your pet are your sole responsibility. Owner must provide proof of rabies vaccination.

Space Care: Guest are responsible for keeping their space clean and uncluttered. All belongings must be kept within the space rented and stored appropriately. Leaking sewer or water hoses must be repaired by the RV owner. Courtesy to your neighbor will insure that all have a pleasant stay.

Fires: Barbecuing is permitted in approved barbecues only; OPEN FIRES are never permitted. Do not put HOT CHARCOAL ashes in dumpster.

Vehicles: Must be in running condition. Disabled or unregistered vehicles must be removed from premises. Washing or repairing of vehicles is prohibited. Excessively loud vehicles or vehicles with fluid leaks will not be allowed in the park.

Motorcycles: Motorcycles, ATV's and mini bikes with proper mufflers are permitted on RV park roads, however they may not be ridden for pleasure in the park. Excessively loud motorcycles will not be permitted.

Skateboards, Roller Skates, Roller Blades: are not allowed to be used while in the park.

Bicycles: Children must wear helmets.

Firearms: Discharge of firearms is prohibited.

Pool: Open 10:00 a.m. until dusk in the summer. Please rinse off before using. NO LIFEGUARD on duty, use at your own risk. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult who is also within the pool fence.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Loud music is prohibited at all times.

Acts of God or Wild Life: We do not assume any responsibility for Acts of God or any dangerous encounter with rattlesnakes, mountain lions, bears, etc.

Smokers: Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Please dispose of them properly. No smoking in the restrooms, club house, or pool area. Please remember there is a high danger of fire during the summer months, so please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

Dumpster: Please dispose of trash in the dumpster located above Space #23 by 8:00 p.m. each night.

Breaking of Rules: Guests cited for breaking these rules more than three times will be vacated. Guests are also responsible for the actions fo their visitors. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult who is also within the pool fence.
