No refunds for early departure. Please leave campsite clean, in the condition you would like to find your site.

MAIL DELIVERY

The United States Postal Service (USPS) does NOT deliver or pick up mail to cluster mailbox.

GUEST AND VISITORS

Guests are responsible for registering and paying the required Visitor Fee for any Visitor(s). Visitors shall be the sole responsibility of the Guest and are subject to the same Rules and Regulations. No site may be subleased or rented to a third party at any time.

All rents are payable in advance, on or before the first day that your rent is due. Rates are for two people. Fee applies for additional occupants greater than 2 years of age. For all guests staying longer than one month, payments are due at the beginning of each monthly renewal. A $25 late payment fee will automatically be applied to the guests account on the fourth day, and $5 per day thereafter for late payment. No refunds.

SPEED LIMIT - 8 MPH

Enforced for the safety of our guests, children and pets. Golf carts are allowed within the park but you must be a licensed driver to operate one.

PARKING

Park on your site or designated area. Parking on grass, road shoulders and empty RV spots is prohibited. One RV and two vehicles allowed per site. Parking available in designated area for additional vehicles, trailers, boats, ATVs, motorcycles for a fee.

TRASH

Please bag all trash items before taking to dumpster.

PAVILION AREA

No outside food or drink in the Pavilion area.

SWIMMING POOL

Pool hours 10AM - 10 PM. Please observe posted spa and pool rules. Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Children (15 and under) must be accompanied by an adult. Infants or children not toilet trained must wear protective swimwear. No glass containers allowed in pool area. No running, diving, jumping or smoking allowed. Please keep the pool and pool area clean.

PETS

Furry dog critters are certainly welcome, but no aggressive varmints are allowed in the park.

Be responsible for your pets and pick up after them. No pets allowed in office, laundry room, shower facility, or pool area. Pets required to be on leash at all times. Absolutely no pets are to be left unattended outside. Fenced in dog corral is located on premises to allow your fur babies to stretch their legs.

CHILDREN

Children are the parents responsibility. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent at all times.

SMOKING

No smoking in office, laundry room, shower facility, pool area or pavilion. Please discard all smoking paraphernalia properly.

RV ETIQUETTE

Vehicle maintenance and repairs are not permitted on-site. A washing fee is to be paid prior to EACH washing of your rig, truck or car on site. All hoses must have a shut-off valve. Sewer connections must be airtight. Do not remove back-flow preventer. No clotheslines are permitted at spaces. No open fires, other than charcoal or gas grills. Sites must be kept tidy and clean of trash. Storage units available for rent to store overflow of belongings. Any alteration to your space, must be approved by management.

RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS

Fireworks, discharge of firearms, abusive language, disruptive noise or conduct of any kind are all strictly prohibited. Quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM. No running auxiliary generators after 10 PM. Be considerate of your neighbors by turning all outside lights off at 10 PM if they shine in your neighbors RV.

RESPONSIBILITY

Dunn Right RV Park will make every reasonable effort to provide a clean and safe environment. However, we disclaim any responsibility of damages resulting from fire, theft, accident, vandalism, or natural disaster. In case of emergency dial 911 and then notify management. Do not touch or take items that do not belong to you.

CHECK-OUT

Check out time 11:00 AM. Please let office know if additional time is needed. No refunds for early departure. Please leave campsite clean, in the condition you would like to find your site. Sites that need to be cleaned up will forfeit deposit refund.

SUMMARY OF RULES

Use common sense. Guests choosing to disregard or ignore these rules may be asked to leave the park and forfeit any or all advanced payments. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
