Rules & regulations
You are completely responsible for anyone in your space including minors and pets and the resulting damages caused by anyone in your space.
Children under 18-years old are allowed in the facilities only when accompanied by an adult.
Check out time is 12 noon. You are responsible for prompt rental payment. Failure to pay may subject you to NRS 40.253 (eviction). Attempting to leave the park without paying may subject you to arrest under NRS.205.445 (defrauding an innkeeper).
No dogs allowed on the grass at any time. Instead use the pet run available at the back of the park. Pets must be cleaned up after immediately. Dogs cannot bark excessively and must be leashed at all times. Pets cannot be chained outdoors. All pets must be approved by management.
The speed limit is 5 MPH. Please be careful because children are at play. Please watch your children carefully, you are responsible for them.
Quiet time is after 10 pm. No loud voices, music, TV parties, etc. after that time. Tolerable noise levels will be expected during daytime hours as well.
This property is used at your own risk. Management, owners and / or affiliated parties are not responsible for damages, thefts, injuries or deaths occurring on the property.
