Policies
Park Policy

For cancelations and refunds, your initial payment will be returned minus a $10.00 processing fee provided you have canceled your reservation at least 72 hours before your arrival. Cancellations less than 72 hours before your arrival will not be refunded.

Rules & Regulations

RV reservations are valid for 1 RV one extra vehicle and 2 guests. Extra adults are $3.00 per day. All extra vehicles, boats and trailers must be parked in the visitor/boat parking area. All rates are to be determined and paid at check in. All non-registered guests are subject to a $5.00 day use fee per vehicle. Check in time is 12 noon and check out time is 11:00 am.

No tents are allowed. All guests and pets must sleep inside their RV.

We welcome well behaved pets, however we restrict the number of pets to a maximum of 3 per RV.

There are no refunds or cancelations due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control.

Please Note: You must arrive before sunset. We do not allow self-registration or parking after the office closes.

Please do not use your GPS as it can be unreliable in the Oregon mountains. We are located off of Highway 138 near milepost 83. Turn on Highway 230 towards Medford, take the first right . We are located approximately 3/4 of a mile on the right hand side. Look for the blue RV Park sign. If you are coming on Highway 230 it will be the last left before you reach the junction of 138.
