Refunds:

All regular deposit refunds will be issued back to original form of payment with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your arrival date. If requested, park credit may be issued in lieu of refund, and must be used within 1 year of issue date.

We DO NOT issue deposit refunds for Federally observed holiday reservations, or Bass Derby weekend, unless the reservation is at least 30 days out. Inside 30 days of reservation, we will issue refund to original form of payment ONLY if the spot is re-rented.  

Refunds after check in: We’re not fond of giving credit or refunds due to the discomforts or disappointments of nature. These spots have been held for you, in some cases, for years, unrentable to anyone else. Refunds for early departure after check in, will be subject to our 48 hour cancellation notice. In other words 2 days will be deducted from your refund if you choose to leave early. If there are only 2 days left of your reservation or less, a refund will not be issued, nor credit given. Thank you for your understanding.

General:

We have a 20 year age limit on rigs that can stay in the park. That being said, we fully welcome the awesome vintage rigs that have been lovingly and fully restored to their former glory and beyond.

We have a maximum limit of 2 dogs per rig. For all of our customers safety, we ask that you do not bring any aggressive dogs, they are not allowed, and your pets must be kept on a leash while outside.

Some of our sites are right on the water. Due to space constraints we only allow rigs with slide-outs on certain waterfront sites (refer to sites 3-6 on map).

PLEASE NOTE** This RV park is on the small side, and the sites are very close together. Please keep this in mind if you are planning on making a reservation. Thank you.

All sites have a 2 week maximum stay.

We have a limited number of longer term sites which are sometimes available, with a maximum overall rig length of 33 feet with either small or no slide outs.
