Spacious condo above the country store with balcony lake view, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen with dishwasher, living room with room for a blow up mattress, air conditioning and fireplace. 2 cars allowed extra vehicle and visitor are subject to additional fees.

Forest Cabin
This studio cabin is in the RV park and has a deck, kitchenette, 3/4 bath, a double bunk bed on one side and single bunk beds on the other. 1 car is allowed and extra vehicles and visitors are subject to additional fees.

Policies
There is a $30 non-refundable deposit on all reservations. Cancelling 1 month prior to the reservation half of the reservation is refundable and within 2 weeks of the reservation there is no refund.
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
Pets are welcome.
Pets must weigh under 50 pounds.
Pets are only allowed on a leash and designed areas. Owners are responsible for picking up after their pet. Bags are available at the store. There is a pet fee of $2 per day for each pet and $5 per day for each pet if staying in a cabin, condo or house.
This property is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
All guests shall acknowledge receipt and sign our Deer Lake Resort contract, which includes the “Resort rules”, regulations and policies prior to parking an RV on our site or going to a cabin, condo, or the house. Failure to do so will result in being requested to immediately vacate Deer Lake Resort.
All guests must register at the store and adhere to a code of good conduct and behavior while on the property. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 AM and all children must be at their own campsites.
Only ONE vehicle per RV site or cabin. The Condos and House may have 2 vehicles.
All sites must be maintained in good, clean condition and no garbage/trash visible. Do NOT dump BBQ ashes on the ground or in the garbage cans and dispose of cigarette butts appropriately NOT on the ground.
All RVs, trailers, and other camping style vehicles must have current valid DMV registration. No unlicensed vehicles or drivers allowed in the park.
NO dirt bikes, ATV or side by sides allowed to be ridden in the RV Resort area. If you bring an off-road vehicle you must immediately leave the Resort and ride elsewhere
NO bikes, scooters, or golf carts in the park after dark or 8:00 pm whichever comes first. While riding bikes and scooters ALL riders must wear helmets on resort property.
All guests that are visiting must register at the store and park in designated areas and pay a Day use fee.
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY AND YOU MUST SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK! All children 12 and younger must wear a lifejacket on the docks.
Children or animals may not be left in the park unattended.
Dogs MUST be on a leash and cannot be left unattended at any RV site, cabin, condo, or house. Please clean up after them and NO dogs on the beach or in the Swim area. The designated area for dogs is by the launch, in between the 2 docks.
Management is not responsible for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
Boat trailers must be parked in designated area not in the RV area.
NO tents allowed in any area of the park unless approved by management.
Absolutely NO personal Fireworks of any kind.
Guests may not cut down any trees on Resort property and will be charged for da30mages if you do.
Management reserves the right to make changes deemed necessary in these regulations. We reserve the right to refuse services to current and returning guests that have violated our rules and regulations and or have vacated the park without paying all fees.
Management reserves the right to tow at the Owners Expense any RV or Vehicle that is in our park for nonpayment or for violation of our Rules and Regulations.
