    Cancellations with at least 3 days advance notice will receive a full refund less a $20 per site processing fee, except for Holiday reservations.

    Cancellations without proper notice will result in one night charge to your credit card. If your reservation falls on a Holiday (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day) 7 days advance notice is required for cancellations to receive a full refund less a $20 per site processing fee. Failure to provide such notice for Holiday cancellations will result in a two night charge to your credit card. 

    No refunds are given for early departure.
