Welcome to Topeka's top-rated RV Park. Deer Creek Valley RV Park is located just off I-70 @ Exit 364B. We are centrally located near major shopping, restaurants and services, yet in a quiet, comfortable, secure area. We are located approximately 1.5 miles north of Lake Shawnee, where you can enjoy fishing, boating, jet skiing, paddle boating, or the beautiful 8-mile trail around the entire lake for walking or bike riding.
Our park is concrete throughout with beautiful landscaping, surrounded by trees and fully fenced with a security gate. The all-automatic men and women's restrooms with showers are located in a concrete building that also serves as a storm shelter. Our laundry room is also housed in the bathhouse building. In the warmer weather, you can enjoy our in-ground pool. The playground and fenced pet play area is open year-round.
Just outside the park, LonnieQ's BBQ restaurant is open daily for lunch between 11:00am & 1:00pm, and Friday for dinner between 5:30pm & 7:30pm.

Rules & regulations
Office hours: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 5:00pm Sat-Sun.
Check–out 12:00 pm, Check-in 1:30 pm.
Quiet hours are 10:00 pm – 7:00 am.
Driving or walking behind main office is prohibited without permission.
Site change or transfer by approval of park office only.
All vehicles and bicycles are to obey the One Way signs posted in the park.
NO PARKING OR DRIVING ON THE GRASS..
Only registered guests are permitted to use the park facilities.
Refuse must be bagged and placed inside the green dumpsters. Do not leave trash exposed.
Speed limit is 5 mph.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in all places.
Personal property outside the RV that is unsightly or a nuisance must be removed upon notice by Management.
Only well kept RV's are allowed in the Park. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to vehicles not meeting park standards.
Owners/Management is not responsible for any injuries to guests or pets, or theft and/or damage to guest property.
Management reserves the right to require any guest to vacate the Park for any reason at any time without prior notification or refund.
The following are not permitted:
No free standing screen rooms are allowed.
No sleeping outside in tents, sleeping bags, cars or vans.
No carpets or mats of any kind can be left on the grass.
No clotheslines are allowed outside the RV. Dryers are located in the laundry facility.
No smoking in any of the facilities - Topeka City Ordinance
No weapons of any type allowed in park buildings.
No walking between sites. Respect your neighbor's privacy. Please walk on the roads.
No under RV storage allowed. Storage on top of RV allowed in approved containers only.
No mechanical repairs on the park grounds, including lube and oil changes.
No washing of cars or RV's without a valid wash permit.
No commercial business will be solicited or transacted on any Lot within the park.
Pet Rules:
Pets shall never be left unattended outside the RV or anywhere in the Park..
All pets must be on a leash or tied up except when in dog park.
Pets shall be kept quiet and under control at all times.
Please use our pet area so we can keep our lawns beautiful for you.
All pet droppings shall be the responsibility of the pet owner and must be promptly cleaned up and disposed of properly in trash dumpsters.
No pets are allowed in any building in the park.
All pet rules must be strictly adhered to. Violation can lead to expulsion from the park, without refund.
