GENERAL POLICIES

DEPOSIT FOR Sturgis Motorcycle Rally IS DUE AT TIME OF RESERVATION.

DEPOSIT IS HALF OF TOTAL AMOUNT DUE.

Seasonal deposit is one night stay for house, cabins, RV rentals and glamping tents. NO deposit required for SEASONAL tent and RV sites.

Days End Campground is not responsible for damage, injury, loss by accident, theft, fire or act of God to property, person or guest.

Pets are allowed but must be ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES. No vicious breeds or Pit Bulls allowed.

No smoking in cabins. A $250.00 service fee will be assessed if policy violated.

Days End Campground as the right to refuse service to anyone.

Any customer and or their pet exhibiting unacceptable behavior will be asked to leave premises immediately.

CHECKIN/OUT POLICIES

Cabin and glamping check-in is 4:00P.M. Check-out is 10:00A.M.

RV and tent site check-in and check-out is 12:00P.M. CHECK-IN required in office. Late check-ins are available upon request.

COVID-19 POLICY

You are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the Rally, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID 19.

Days End Campground does not assume any responsibility for your health or well-being. We have the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. No soliciting/protesting/rioting allowed on Private Property.

SHIPPING YOUR GEAR

If you would like to ship tents and other camping gear instead of lugging it around, we will accept and store whatever ships for a $10.00 FEE.

*Must have return label or we will not be able to return what you’ve shipped.

VEHICLE AND TRAILER STORAGE – STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY

We offer off-site vehicle and trailer storage for a DAILY FEE during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. *There will be no trailers in tent camping areas – unless you’re paying for RV no-service. Truck and vehicle storage at campsite will be charged a DAILY FEE. There is no charge for motorcycle pull behind trailers!

This is to prevent overcrowding and/or congestion of the tent camping areas.

RATES

Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

RESERVATIONS

We accept reservations. Reservations are NON-refundable, NON- sharable. Your name must be on reservation to check in verified by your ID! Once you’ve made your reservation, you are responsible for any accommodation expenses that incurs.

SMOKING

Camping Cabins – No smoking.

A $250.00 service fee will be assessed to anyone violating policy.

Shower houses, bathrooms, and laundry facility – No smoking

General Grounds Areas – smoking allowed

Beer Garden – Smoking Allowed

PETS

We do allow pets at our campground. We only ask that you keep them on a leash. NO vicious breeds allowed per City ordinance.

Cabins – We currently have 1 cabin that we allow pets. You may request this cabin when reserving for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Otherwise, this cabin is on a first come, first serve basis.

HOUSEKEEPING

No daily housekeeping is provided for cabins. Guest quarter operated laundry is available.
