House rules for a happy stay
Policies
RV Site reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
Cabin reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before check in will incur a one night stay fee.
Rules & regulations
Cabin rental Check in is 3:00PM - Check-out is 11:00 AM - No pets allowed in the cabins, if a pet is found there may be a $300 pet fee added to your reservation. Pets are OK in the RV Spaces, but no Pit Bulls, Doberman's or any aggressive dog breeds allowed. NO SMOKING INSIDE! A $300 smoking fee will be applied.
We provide:

Keurig Coffee Maker
Bed linens
Bathing towels and washcloths
Bring the following or shop when you arrive at your destination:
Dish washing detergent both hand and machine
Laundry detergent and fabric softener
Garbage bags
Paper towels and toilet paper

Food; including your favorite brand of Keurig coffee pods
Condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, creamer)

Don't worry if you forget something, we are located near a Dollar General, Wal Mart, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, Brookshire Grocery and Big Star Grocery.
