House rules for a happy stay
Policies
For cancellations made 14 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25 handling fee per site. Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to arrival qualify for camping credit. Reservations canceled 6 days or less receive no refund. Changes in arrival or departure dates must be made at least 14 days prior to your arrival to avoid penalties (except for required minimum weeklong reservations made before May 5th, which may not be shortened).

Check-Out Time:
Check out for campsites is by 11 am. Departures after 11 am will have a $50 penalty assessed to the reservation. A nightly fee will also be added to checkouts that occur after 1pm.
Check out time for cabins/cottages is by 10 am. Departures after 10 am will have a $50 penalty assessed to the reservation. A nightly fee will also be added to checkouts that occur after 1pm.
Occupancy Guidelines:
Unless otherwise stated, 2 adult guests and 2 kids are included in rate. There is no additional charge for children age 3 or younger.
Unless otherwise stated, 6 guests maximum per cabin/cottage (including children) and maximum of 8 guests per site, with no more than 4 adults per cabin/cottage/site.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor accommodations and within 25 feet of any building or entrance.
A violation of the no-smoking policy may result in a fine of up to $200.
Security:
Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.
Keep your valuables locked up.
Alcohol must be secured and stored away from public areas.
Report any problems with your site to the The Office immediately.
We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.
Due to guest privacy, drones are prohibited on the property
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please be courteous to other guests around you.
Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.
Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave.
Profanity or violence towards other and the park team will not be tolerated.
