Cypress Landing RV Park is conveniently located on the beautiful Gantt Lake in Dozier, Alabama. We offer spacious, fully equipped RV sites, as well as cozy cabins and level tent sites for all guests to enjoy. Our park sustains over 60 spacious, pull thru, back in, fully equipped 20/30/50 amp water, electric, sewer, cable and WiFi sites that may accommodate any RV. Water sport enthusiasts may enjoy skiing, swimming, jet skiing and boating, while fishermen will appreciate catching shell crackers, beam and bass. For our winter visitors, duck hunters can experience incredible hunts on the lake. Guests are pampered with the many amenities offered which include modern restroom, shower and laundry facilities, playground, water slide, corn hole and basketball along with complimentary WiFi. Whether its for a night or two, we hope to see you soon!

Booking Details
Primitive Tent Site
Spacious level tent sites are available for our tent camping guests. Each site includes a fire ring, so you can gather around the campfire and tell ghost stories or roast s’mores. Each site has access to our modern, clean restrooms and showers. Are you new at tent camping and you don’t have a tent? We have free tents available. Tent camping allows you to experience the sights, sounds, and smells of the great outdoors without the distraction of modern conveniences.

Cabin Rental
Two cozy cabins, equipped with all modern conveniences, are available for our guests without an RV. Both have two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. They are completely furnished with a well-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. All linens are also provided. Each unit has a flat-screen cable TV and Wi-Fi. The swing on the front porch invites you to sit and stay awhile. Please leave your pet at home, as they are not allowed in the cabins. Check-in at our general store when you arrive. Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am.

Standard RV Site
Our park has 63 spacious, fully equipped sites that will accommodate any RV. We have both pull-thru and back-in sites. Each lot provides ample space for both an RV and a car. Every campsite has a picnic table and patio area, so you can enjoy the outdoors with your family & friends.
Electric hook ups (50, 30 and 20amp), water, sewer, free Wi-Fi and cable tv are available at all our sites.
Please check in at our general store when you arrive. Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 12 pm.

Policies
Please provide 7 days notice for cancellations.
We do not offer refunds.
Check-out time is 12:00 pm. Check-in time is 2:00 pm.
Please park only in your designated site. Changing sites requires prior approval from the office.
Each site can accommodate two vehicles and one camping unit. Please do not park on the grass. If you have additional vehicles, please obtain permission from the office before you park them.
All vehicles and camping units must have a current registrations and proof of registration is required.
All vehicles must be in operable condition. Please do not make any vehicle repairs on site.
Please keep site clean at all times. Place household garbage in the dumpster. Appliances or construction materials are not allowed in the dumpster.
Conduct of children is the responsibility of their parents or caregivers. They assume financial responsibility for any damage or injury caused by children in their care, regardless of age.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm until 6 am. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time. This includes the use of TVs and radios.
All pets must be kept on a leash when outside. You are not allowed to leave your pet tied on a leash and leave the park. You must remain with your pet when it is outside. Your pets are welcome here if kept under control, quiet, cleaned up/scooped up after immediately and kept inside at night. For the safety of all the pets and people in the park, all pets have to be vaccinated, and proof of vaccination is required. There is a limit of 3 pets per site.
As a consideration to the other guests, please do not wash your pet blankets or bedding in our washing machines, or your pet in the laundromat sink.
The erection of any type of fencing is not allowed.
Please do not discharge fireworks and firearms in the park.
Children are only allowed at the lake with adult supervision.
Please observe the 5 MPH speed limit in the park.
If you would like to wash your auto or RV, please come by the office and get a permit.
Please do not pour grease or oil down the drains.
Rental fees are due on the first day of the rental period. Rental fees less than 5 days late are subject to a late fee of $25 in addition to the regular rental rate. Rental fees between 5 and 10 days late are subject to a $50 late fee in addition to the regular rental rate. Renters with rental fees more than 10 days past due are subject to eviction.
Subleasing of any accommodation is not allowed.
Parking vehicles or trailers on the concrete patios is not allowed.
Cypress Landing RV Park is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Cypress Landing RV Park is not responsible for accidents or injuries to guests, or for the loss of money or valuables of any kind.
