Try your hand at poker in the adult lounge upstairs in the lodge. Grab some quarters and play a few video games in the arcade. Throw some horseshoes. Rent a golf cart and cruise around the resort with ease. Take a walk next to Hayden Creek. Take in the views. Or just relax at your campsite.

Sleeps 2 - a one room cabin includes a kitchenette with small fridge, hot plate, sink and cooking utensils, a bathroom with shower and a queen size bed. We provide linens and towels. Pets are allowed with an additional fee.

The Bunkhouse
Sleeps 8 (linens included) – 2 bedrooms, includes a kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, stovetop, and cooking utensils. Restroom includes shower. Table and chairs included. Pets allowed with a $25 fee per night. Beds are multiple bunks. One room sleeps 4 - 1 full bed with twin pullout and twin bunk. Other room sleeps 4 - with 1 full bed and 2 twin bunks.

Retro Trailer
Sleeps 2. The retro trailer is a unique remodel from the 1970s with a restroom including a tub/shower and a kitchenette with a small fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee pot. No pets allowed in this rental. Some utensils and cookware are provided. We do not provide bedding or towels.

Brand new, luxury, full-sized, western wagons. Fully furnished with a queen sized bed, a twin bunk bed, full bathroom and central heating and cooling. Comes with an outdoor deck and kitchen. Linens included. No Pets.

PRIOR TO 14 DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN DATE:
Full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.
14 DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN DATE:
"Deposit fee" will be charged and remainder refunded.
7 DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN DATE:
NO REFUNDS will be given after this point.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECKOUT
Site/rental prices are for 2 adults. Extra adults are $10 per night.
1 camping unit per site, which means 1 trailer OR 1 tent per site.
Speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the entire park.
Quiet time is 10:30 PM.
All guests, including visitors not spending the night, must check in with staff and obtain a pass.
Do not cut down any trees or plants. Anyone destroying any property or trespassing shall be responsible for the damages and shall be evicted immediately.
Please limit your driving to necessity. Most areas of the resort are a five-minute walk. ATVs, motorcycles, mini-bikes, motorized scooters, and any other recreational vehicles of this type are strictly prohibited.
If you bring a golf cart, you are required to let us know before you arrive and provide proof of insurance. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to operate golf carts on our property under any circumstances.
Respect other guests and their property. Use roads and trails rather than cutting through sites.
Car & RV washing is prohibited.
Pick up after yourself and those in your group. We have dumpsters located throughout the park for your convenience.
We reserve the right to maintain a comfortable atmosphere in the park and have the right to eject without prior notice anyone who, in our judgment, creates a disturbance or nuisance, or deliberately breaks the rules. No refunds of fees will be made in such an event.
Hunting is not permitted in the resort.
Fireworks, BB guns and sling shots are not permitted in the resort.
No clotheslines are permitted at the resort.
