Our Cottages offer King size beds, 55 inch wall mounted smart TVs, Nightstand, Work desk area, Dining table, Iron & ironing board, Restrooms with standing showers, Complimentary WiFi and a Fully furnished kitchen area with: Fridge & Freezer - Stovetop - Set of pots and pans - 3 sets of silverware for guests - Glassware - Ceramic bowls, cups and plates - Coffee maker - Toaster - Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed in the cottages.

Policies
OFFICE
Office hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.
Saturday and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM (subject to change).
If you have an emergency after hours you can call our office phone and someone will assist you.
CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT
Check-in hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM; Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM (subject to change). Check-out time is 12 PM.
GUESTS
If you have guests visiting you or have food delivered, you must come to the front gate and personally let them in. They will not be let in by pushing the call button. You must remember to take your key card with you at all times to get in the front gate. The call button is for EMERGENCY USE ONLY.
PARENTS/GUARDIANS are responsible for the supervision, conduct and behavior of their children at all times. Children 16 and younger MUST have a parent or guardian supervising them at all times to access all areas of the clubhouse and pool/hot tub or the children will be asked to leave the area. If children cause any damage to the resort or any of its facilities, parent(s)/guardian(s) will be financially responsible for all repairs.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 6 AM; no loud noise, music or disturbances at ANY TIME.
BEHAVIOR
No loaded firearms or fireworks allowed on premises. Excessive alcohol consumption, fighting or use of any foul or threatening language is not permitted anywhere in the resort at any time. Drugs are prohibited on the property! Crystal Lake RV Resort reserves the right to evict you if we believe you are doing drugs, are in possession of drugs, or are associated in any way with drug activity. NO RECOURSE.
If law enforcement is called to your RV for any reason other than medical or fire emergency, or if you or your guest(s) are involved in any action and law enforcement is called on you, you and your guest(s) will be evicted. Violation of any of the above rules is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of your security deposit and no prorating of your site cost. You are responsible for the actions of anyone living/visiting you.
All buildings are "Smoke-Free Zones". Do not throw cigarette butts on ground. No commercial activity. Going door to door and asking other guests for money or soliciting is absolutely prohibited.
PETS
Pets may not be left unattended outside at any time/for any amount of time! Pets MUST BE kept inside your RV or on a leash and under control at all times by a person 18 years of age or older. No vicious, aggressive or barking animals allowed. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet immediately. Pets are not allowed in the pool area, clubhouse, laundry room or restrooms. Pet kennels, play yards, stakeouts, etc. ARE NOT ALLOWED.
PARKING
Do not park in empty RV lots. Do not park on the grass. Vehicles must be on the asphalt/cement in front of your site.
CLUBHOUSES/FACILITIES
Children 16 and younger MUST have a parent or guardian supervising them at all times to access all areas of the clubhouse or the children will be asked to leave the area. No food or drinks allowed in the clubhouse. No parties allowed in the clubhouse. The clubhouse is open from 9 AM to 9 PM, Sunday-Thursday and 9 AM to 10 PM, Friday and Saturday.
POOL
The pool area is open 9 AM to 9 PM Sunday-Thursday and 9 AM to 10 PM Friday and Saturday, weather permitting. Children 16 and younger MUST have a parent or guardian supervising them and present or the children will be asked to leave the area. No alcohol, glass bottles, animals, running, diving or horseplay allowed. Bubbles, soap or any other chemicals ARE NOT ALLOWED to be put in the pool and/or hot tub. No pets in the pool area or in the pool. NO SMOKING IN THE GATED POOL AREA. NO LIFEGUARD- SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Rules are strictly enforced. No children under the age of 10 allowed in the hot tub.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
The laundry facilities can be accessed 24 hours a day from the outside door located on the left side of the clubhouse. You can reload your laundry card at the machine located in the clubhouse during the hours of 9 AM to 9 PM, Sunday-Thursday and 9 AM to 10 PM, Friday and Saturday. There are also two washer/dryer combo units that accept quarters.
RESTROOMS
Open 24 hours a day from the outside entrance on the south side of the clubhouse.
SHOWER/RESTROOM FACILITIES
The shower/restroom facilities can be accessed 24 hours a day from the outside doors located on the right side of the clubhouse. The key code to enter the shower facilities is 3180.
