Policies
Please provide 7 days notice for cancellations. Cancellations inside 7 days will incur a $50 fee.
Note: All refund calculations exclude service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable.
Rules & regulations
Pets:
For insurance purposes we cannot allow the following dog breeds: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Staffordshire Terrier.
Summer Reservations:
Summer reservation (April 24 - October 31) start on February 1st of the same year.
Late check in:
No check ins after 10 pm. Thank you.
Please observe quiet time from 10:00 PM-7:00 AM.
2 vehicles per site, all other guests must park outside the RV Park as there is no street parking allowed.
Dogs MUST be on a leash at all times. Immediately clean up after your dog. Dogs can not be unattended in your space while you are away. Pit Bull mixes, Staffordshire Terrier mixes, Rottweilers, and Dobermans are forbidden in the Park at all times.
Fire pits MUST be in a designated fire barrel. No fire rings or direct fires on the ground. Fire must be attended to by an adult at all times and 5 feet from flammables. There MUST be a water source or fire extinguisher nearby.
NO FIRES ALLOWED during red flag warnings, windy conditions or under county/sate restrictions.
No smoking in or around restrooms/showers/office or laundry area.
Children MUST be supervised at all times.
Speed limit in the RV Park is 5 mph.
Only street legal motorized vehicles are allowed on the streets.
We have bears, raccoons and other wildlife; Please lock the trash bins and Do Not leave trash or food out.
The internet, restrooms and showers are for guest only.
No BBQs/grills on the tables.
Generators are NOT permitted unless there is a power outage.
Most important enjoy the Sierras and your vacation.
Check out time is 12 noon.
