1 Bedroom Creekside Cabin with Bunkhouse
The Crossing Creeks Resort & Spa cabins sleep between 2 – 6 people. They are exquisitely appointed with all the luxury you would expect from a serene mountain getaway. Every cabin is equipped with high definition TV service, smart flat-screen TV and fiber-optic high-speed internet. All cooking appliances and utensils are included. Grilling or melting s’mores around the campfire? No problem! It’s all available for your enjoyment.

Policies
Cancellations received less than 30 days in advance of your reserved arrival date will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Any cancellations received more than 30 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date will receive a refund of 90% of your deposit (a 10% cancellation fee will be retained). No refunds for early departure.
Pets are allowed at the resort, subject to them being leashed (not running freely) and must not disturb other residents. Owner must pick up after their pets. There is a one-time $10 fee per pet staying on an RV site. There is a one-time $25 fee per pet staying in a cabin. We do not allow more than 2 pets per reservation. Pet owner must provide proof of vaccine record for each pet.
Massage and spa services are available for separate charge. Use of the steam room, sauna and fitness center are available without charge. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the facilities without an adult.
Coin operated laundry equipment is located in the Laundry (behind the Pool House) for your convenience.
The Pool and Outdoor Spa are heated for your enjoyment and are accessible from dawn to dusk.
Wifi is available in the clubhouse and the Welcome Center. Every lot has hard-wired internet availability.
Garbage should be bagged and brought to the designated area by the tennis courts. Cardboard boxes should be broken down.
All RV's must be at least 24 feet long, 10 years or newer. Any RV older than 10 years must submit a current photo for management approval. We welcome Class A, B, C, 5th Wheels and Travel Trailers. Rental rates include a large concrete pad, water, sewer, 20/30/50-amp service, ethernet cable, high speed internet & WIFI.
Check in hours are 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Check out is 11:00am. NO AFTER HOURS CHECK-INS. Quiet time begins at 10:00pm until 8:00am.
