Crossing Creeks RV Resort & Spa

Pets are allowed at the resort, subject to them being leashed (not running freely) and must not disturb other residents. Owner must pick up after their pets. There is a one-time $10 fee per pet staying on an RV site. There is a one-time $25 fee per pet staying in a cabin. We do not allow more than 2 pets per reservation. Pet owner must provide proof of vaccine record for each pet.

Massage and spa services are available for separate charge. Use of the steam room, sauna and fitness center are available without charge. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the facilities without an adult.

Coin operated laundry equipment is located in the Laundry (behind the Pool House) for your convenience.

The pool and outdoor spa are heated for your enjoyment and are accessible from dawn to dusk.

Wifi is available in the clubhouse and the welcome center. Every lot has hard-wired internet availability.

Garbage should be bagged and brought to the designated area by the tennis courts. Cardboard boxes should be broken down.

All RVs must be at least 24 feet long, 10 years or newer. Any RV older than 10 years must submit a current photo for management approval. We welcome Class A, B, C, 5th wheels and travel trailers. Rental rates include a large concrete pad, water, sewer, 20/30/50-amp service, ethernet cable, high speed internet & WIFI.

Check in hours are 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Check out is 11:00am. NO AFTER HOURS CHECK-INS. Quiet time begins at 10:00pm until 8:00am.

Specific sites are not guaranteed. Every effort will be made to honor your request. Although we endeavor to provide you with the lot of your choosing, we reserve the right to move you to a comparable lot of our choosing in the event the lot you have requested has been sold. In the event the lot you have been assigned is sold prior to or during the term of your occupancy, we reserve the right to require you to relocate to an assigned lot of equal or greater value for the remainder of your occupancy upon two (2) days prior written notice.

Activities have been scheduled during your stay. See the activities director for a schedule of activities and events. A pool table and a poker table are located on the second floor of the activities center. Craft activities are held on the first floor of the activities center. An indoor shuffleboard is located at the activities center.

By leasing a lot in Crossing Creeks RV Resort & Spa, you, jointly and severally, agree to indemnify and hold harmless and release the Lot Owner, the developer (JL-Blairsville, LLC) and the homeowners’ association (Crossing Creeks Homeowner’s Association, Inc.) from and against any and all liabilities and damages for damage to the property or injury to persons as a result of your stay.
