Deluxe Full Hook-Up Site
Each Deluxe Full Hook-Up Site offers electric for 30 & 50 amp, water hookup, and dump station. With a complete drive-thru and level concrete parking pad, you can rest with ease at Crossing Creeks Farm. There is no bathhouse included with this site. All hookups for this site (water, electric and sewer) are located at the site with direct private hookup. There is room for an extra vehicle to be parked at the RV site. A Solo Stove fire pit is available for use at this site for no additional charge.

The site includes a level gravel parking pad, electric hook up for 30 or 50 amp. Sewer and water hookup is NOT included with this listing, so please plan accordingly. There is bathhouse use with this site. We do have an on-site dump station for an extra charge.

Adirondack Open Air Cabins
Whether you are booking for just yourself or a group up to 10, you have the entire campsite to yourself during your stay. The nightly price includes the campsite for 2 guests, each additional guest (including children) is an additional fee per guest per night. Each Adirondack cabin can sleep up to 5. Each is complete with a queen bed, twin bunk bed and a cot. Linens are provided but feel free to bring your own too. Please bring your own pillows. You will need to bring towels and washcloths for the outdoor bathhouse. The bathhouse includes a shower with hot water, toilet/changing stall, and outdoor sink for washing hands and dishes. There is no electricity in the campsite so please bring flashlights/lanterns. The pavilion and bathhouse have beautiful solar powered string lights that automatically come on at dark. The listing includes access to the campsite with fire pit, camp stove with griddle, charcoal grill, picnic pavilion, 2 hammocks and outdoor private bathhouse.

Policies
We hate to see you cancel your stay with us, however we understand plans change. Our cancellation policy allows you cancel your reservation at any time. However, if canceled 6 days or more before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. If you cancel 5 days or less from your arrival date, no refund is issued.
Check-in Time: 2:00-6:00 pm Central Time. Check-out Time: 11:00 am central time. Early check-in or late check-out may be available; however, should this be arranged ahead of time, an additional fee may apply.
Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets. Guests assume any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agree to hold property owner harmless from and indemnify the property owner against the same. The property owner is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies. Crossing Creeks Farm is a working farm with livestock including bulls and protective mothers. It is home to much wildlife such as coyotes, birds of prey and reptiles. All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times.
All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay. Only 1 RV and a maximum of 2 other vehicles allowed per site unless stated otherwise. All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles. DO NOT leave trash out overnight. Drones or other remote controlled machines may not be used on the property unless stated otherwise. The use of firearms, archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns of any kind is PROHIBITED on the property. Fireworks, deep fryers or tiki torches are PROHIBITED. The use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED. Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED. Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless the age) may result in eviction from the property. Guests may not hang any items from the trees. Clotheslines, chemicals and paint products are not to be used on the property.
We are HUGE animal lovers and welcome your pets on our farm. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times for the safety of themselves and our animals. Guests are responsible to "clean up" after your pets. Pets may not be left outside unattended.
Please be respectful and courteous to our other guests and our homes. Loud music, profanity or violence is PROHIBITED and may result in immediate eviction from the property. Guests violating policies that result in eviction, will not receive any refunds for their stay.
