Cross Winds Family Campground

If your reservation date needs to be changed, you may change the reservation to another date. Should you need to cancel your reservation, without penalty, you may receive a camp credit to be used at a later date. 

No refund or camp credit given for early departure or late arrivals!

If you prefer to receive a refund: Cancellations requested more than 7 days prior to the reserved stay will receive a refund less a $25 service fee. Cancellations requested less than 7 days will receive a refund less a one (1) night’s charge.

Refund Policy: 

No refund will be given if you need to shorten your reservation prior to your reservation arrival date - only Camp Credit can be given for the nights taken off the original reservation. 

Since camping is an outdoor experience, no refunds will be given due to inclement weather.

General Policies:

No Early Arrivals or Unexpected Late Departures!!

We request that each guest arrives at the Check-in time or later to assure that the assigned site is safe and clean before arrival. The arrival and departure times are a part of the Campground Policies and we request that each guest follow them like the other policies in order to have a safe and an enjoyable stay.

If you expect to arrive after hours, please call the Farmhouse to receive instructions from our Service Clerk.

Arrival and Departure Times:

Monday - Saturday 

Check-in time: 12 noon or Later.

Check-out time: 11:00 A.M. (No Later)

On Sundays and Holiday Mondays (Memorial Day and Labor Day only)

Check-in time: 3:00 P.M. or Later.

Check-out time: 2:00 P.M. (No Later)

Vehicles are to be parked only on your campsite.  

Visitors must receive a Car Pass from staff.

Speed Limit 9 MPH at all times!!

!!! NO Recreational Motorized Scooters, Hover Boards, 4-wheelers or battery-operated children’s vehicles are allowed in the campground !!!

Golf carts must be registered with staff! VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIRED TO OPERATE A GOLF CART!

Trash is picked up daily at each site. All garbage must be placed in trash can provided on site. Only items fitting in trash bags can be picked up! If you are unable to fit items in our trash cans, please take it to the dumpster at the end of B-section...

Parents/Guardians are responsible for the safety and actions of their children at all times.

Don’t leave a fire burning unattended! DON’T MOVE FIRE RINGS for any reason! No trash is to be place in Fire Rings to be burned! If your Fire Ring needs to be cleaned out, please call the office to inform them. 

Don’t cut limbs or trees!

Disturbing noise is not permitted at any time. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. till 7:00 a.m.

Pets must be on leash and picked up after. A continually barking dog will not be tolerated at any time.

All buildings and pool are smoke-free. All buildings are pet free.

Pool rules must be followed....Pool is available for REGISTERED campers ONLY!!! No outside guests allowed. No ALCOHOL BEVERAGES allowed in pool area! NO SMOKING OR VAPING allowed in pool area!  NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY!  Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.  NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN POOL AREA! THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA: LARGE FLOATS, SPORT BALLS, OR WATER GUNS OVER 7 INCHES! Pool Season: Memorial Weekend through September 30th.

Registered guests must receive a Fishing Pass from staff. NO SWIMMING or BOATING in the Fishing Lake! No dogs allowed to swim in Fishing Lake! Catch and release. No barb hooks! Feed the ducks ONLY at the lake, NOT on your site.

If you need the outdoor covered picnic area during your stay, please inquire at the Service Desk about renting this area for an event.

No public display of alcohol. All varieties/forms of controlled substances, firearms, fireworks or explosives are prohibited! 

Prior approval and payment of fee (cash) is required before washing cars, campers, etc.
