Nestled amongst the Dogwood and Oak trees, you have breathtaking views of our private 10-acre lake. We are 1 mile off the main Highway down a country road, so no traffic noise. We are only 3 miles from the historic Bagnell Dam. The personal service you will receive as guests is why we have been Voted Best of Missouri 2020 and 2021.

House rules for a happy stay

A deposit of one night’s stay is required to guarantee a reservation. We will return a portion of your deposit with cancellation outside of 7 days for all sites minus a cancellation fee. A cancellation processing fee of $20 (per site) for RV, and Tent sites. A cancellation processing fee of $50 (per cabin) for the Cabins sites. NO REFUNDS within 7 day of reservations or you forfeiture your deposit. You do have the option to rollover your deposit to another date. Rollovers must be used the same calendar year or before Memorial Weekend. NO refund after the rollover option is chosen. No shows will be charged the full amount.

Rules & regulations

Welcome to Cross Creek, the following regulations are intended to provide all of our guests with a pleasant camping experience.

Office / Camp store: See posted hours

Checkout time is 12 pm.

Visitors: Are asked to check in with the office and will be directed where to park, any use of facilities is $5.00 per person.

Quiet Time is 11 pm. To 7 am. If your sound travels through your site and into another, it is TOO LOUD. Children need to be back at your campsite by quiet time.

No Public display of Alcohol or Drunkenness: Please keep alcohol in a Koozie or plastic cup.

Speed Limit is 5 mph in park and 15 mph on main gravel road.

Pet Policy: Leash Law in effect in campground, carry a bag with you when walking pet, if they Poop you Scoop! Do not leave pet unattended at campsite, they miss you and may bark too much. Please no pets in public buildings. Pet friendly but NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS- If you bring an aggressive breed pet, you will be asked to leave the park. NO REFUNDS* NO Exceptions to this rule. Pets that are (nonaggressive breeds) are allowed in certain cabins/treehouses and all RV sites. Maximum of 3 pets per cabin, $10 per pet per night. You must Crate/Kennel your pet in the cabins while you are not in the cabin. As the owner of the pet/pets, YOU are responsible for any or all damages that occur in the cabin. Limitation on dog breeds in the campground, please call the office to confirm what breeds are allowed. NO exotic animals. We do allow pets on Survivor Island. If you plan to bring a pet (3 maximum) to Survivor Island, please let us know in advance. For this area, you must put down a refundable $50 cash pet deposit upon check-in. NO pets in Survivor Outback or regular tent area. NO exceptions. NO Pets/Animals in the Sycamore Cabin or the Pine Wood Cabin.

Fires: Keep fires to a safe size, NO Trash, Cans, Bottles or Plastic burned! Firewood for sale at office, please don’t drag up huge logs from the woods or cut my trees! ($$ Fine/Surcharge will apply)

Sewer Ring or Connector: Required by Law on all RV’s.

Smokers: Please keep your BUTTS off the grounds. Use trash can in your camping unit. NO smoking or vaping in the Cabins or $100 smoke removal fee will apply.

Trash: Please place trash in tied plastic bags and place in the nearest covered BLUE container.

Fisherman: Leave the lake cleaner than you found it; remove your trash and fishing line. Do NOT leave fish on stringer over night, Turtles & Raccoons will eat your fish.

Trails: several trails are around made by fellow campers, watch your step.

Boat Rental: See office for fees; please stay off boats unless you have paid for one.

Non-Denominational Sunday Service: in the Pavilion Memorial thru Labor Day.

Be considerate of your fellow campers; respect their property and that of the Campground. We Reserve the right to refuse continued residency privileges to offenders of our campground policies. The Campground is not responsible for the loss, damage or claims for damages to guests, property of guests or visitors due to fire, theft, accident, act of God or any other causes.
