Policies
You must cancel 2 weeks prior to arrival in order to get a refund on your stay. There is a 10% or $25 cancellation fee, whichever is greater. If you cancel less than 2 weeks of the check in date, there will be no refund. There may be certain situations where we will issue a credit. However, you must call as soon as possible, so we have a chance to rebook. If you cancel a reservation for a holiday stay, there will be absolutely no refund given.
There is a 3 night minimum to book a FHU reservation on the weekend.
Holiday weekends require a 4 night minimum.
There is a 2 night minimum to book a W&E reservation on the weekend.

If you book the day of check-in, you are only required to do a 1 night stay.
Guests 2 and under are free. Additional campers and visiting guests are $6/person/day. Your site includes 2 adults and 2 kids age 17 and under.
A small pup tent can be put on your site free of charge for your minor children age 17 and under. However, if you have guests age 18+ staying in the tent, it is $25/day and includes 2 people.
We only allow electric golf carts. Do NOT park on the grass. You must have a valid driver's license.
The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Do not move fire rings, no trash in fire rings.
Check out is 12pm. We offer a late check out fee.
All children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area, clubhouse, store, and playground.
Quiet time is 11pm- 8am. No generators. Loud or offensive noises will not be tolerated.
No motorbikes. Motorcycles are allowed to be driven to the site and out of the park.
Up to two cars can be parked on a campsite in the gravel. No parking on the grass.
Pets must be on a leash and under your control at all times. Pets are not permitted in any building or pool area. You must clean up after your pet immediately. Please do not leave your pets unattended, outside of your vehicle. We do not allow pet fences.
For a $5 fee, we do allow vehicle/RV washing. Bucket and brush provided.
Do not drain gray water into the ground.
Alcohol must be in cups or covered. No illegal drugs.
Do not place rugs or carpet on grass.
No firearms, fireworks, or explosives.
