This picturesque tranquil campsite sits on the banks of a forest stream in the NH Lakes Region. Drift off to sleep to the sounds of the flowing stream and beautiful Barred Owl calls.
Hike on the forest trails alongside Crooked Run Stream that the site overlooks. Within a 2 minute drive you'll find White Buffalo Trading Post Pizza, Barnstead Country Store, and The Backdoor Grill. Then 10 minutes from the site is another pizza spot called Jacks Pizza and the Main Street Grill and Bar. About 15 minutes away is Country Cookn At The Circle Restaurant in the town of Epsom and Alton Village Pizza just off the Circle in Alton. There are endless hiking trails within just a 20 minute drive like Rocky Ridge Town Forest, Winnie The Pooh Trail, Parker Mtn, Mount Major, and Sargent Town Forest Nature Trail. There is a public boat launch 3 minutes away on Big River that opens to Suncook River 3 for canoeing and kayaking. A small public beach area on Suncook Lake is located on Narrows Road at the bridge 10 minute drive from campsite. Farmers Market Saturdays 9-1 June through September on Maple Street 4 minutes away.

Full refund, less booking fees, up to 3 days before check-in. 50% refund, less booking fees, when canceling within 3 days of check-in. 0% refund when canceling after 3pm on the check-in date.
Enjoy the secluded camping location with your family and/or friends. Check out the local lakes in Barnstead for water activities and explore the Crooked Run Stream for little aquatic wildlife. Enjoy the quiet forest hiking trails right on the campsite property. Dogs are welcome! Please remember to clean up after your pet to keep the site clean for the next campers after you. Please make sure the campfire is fully extinguished upon departure.
Do take lots of pictures, but don't shoot the deer!
