Creekside RV Resort

General Terms

• Registered guests agree to observe resort guidelines.
• All Class A's, B's, C's, 5th wheels and Travel Trailers in excellent condition, 10 years and newer and 24' and longer, are welcomed.
• RVs older than 10 years require a photo submittal and resort management approval.
• Site selection is based on availability and are subject to change.

Arrivals/Departures

Guests may arrive between 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on weekends. Additionally guests are expected to depart by 11:00 a.m. Deviation from these times must be pre-approved by the resort office.

Visitors

Guests are responsible to ensure their visitors get a pass from the resort office. Charges will incur for overnight visitors. Any damage caused by visitors will be charged to the guest.

Children

Children under the age of 18 are to be accompanied by an adult when using all resort amenities (pool, spa, clubhouse, courts, etc.). The responsible guardian is held accountable for their actions.

Quiet Time

10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Site Maintenance

Sites are to be kept clutter-free. Screen shades and rooms that attached to a RV awning are permitted. Propane grills and propane fire pits are permitted on the pavers. Hanging laundry, sleeping outside, unattached screen rooms, canopies, tents and pet fences are not permitted. It is best to check with the resort office prior to placing items onsite.

Garbage

Please bag trash in a secure, leak resistant plastic trash bag. For pickup, guests are to place it at the end of their site driveway by 9:00 a.m. Do not leave trash out overnight. For self-service, please use the dumpsters located in the maintenance area.

Lake

Catch and release fishing is allowed. Swimming is not permitted.

Public Areas

Please clean up after using resort common areas. Profanity, drunkenness and disorderly conduct are not permitted. Shirts and shoes must be worn in all resort buildings.

Parking

There is no parking on resort roadways and on the grass. Guests are to ensure their motorhome and vehicle(s) do not extend beyond the site pavers. Boats, trailers, off road vehicles and tow dollies are not permitted on guest sites. Commercial vehicles are not permitted (work vehicles, vehicles with ladder racks, signage, etc.).

Swimming Pool and Spa Area

Swim safely and enjoy. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. until dusk. Food and glass containers are not permitted. Please abide by all posted rules. A lifeguard is not on duty.

Laundry

Hanging laundry outside is not permitted. Laundry facilities are located at the clubhouse and comfort stations. Be courteous, and promptly remove clothing from the machines at the end of each cycle. Washing of pet and over-sized items are not permitted. Please report inoperable machines to the resort office during normal business hours.

Bicycles, etc.

Riding bicycles, rollerblading, skateboards, etc. within the resort are permitted on resort roads only. Please park bicycles in designated areas.

Golf Carts (Electric Only)

No motorized vehicles are to be driven between dusk and dawn if not equipped with headlights and taillights and can only be operated on paved streets. Only licensed drivers may operate any type of motorized vehicle on resort property.

Sewer Rings

Sewer rings are required at all sewer connections.

RV Washing

Within the week of arrival, guests are permitted to wash their RV onsite. Otherwise, an outside service, which uses their water, is permitted. Please see the office for a list of local vendors.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas only.

Incoming: When the flag is hung, the mail is ready to pickup. Incoming mail should be addressed as:

Outgoing: You may drop your outgoing mail in the resort office during normal business hours. The closest U.S. Post Office is located downtown, 130 E. Marion Ave., Punta Gorda, FL, 33950.

Firearms and Fireworks

Brandishing and discharging of firearms, lethal weapons and fireworks are not permitted.

Wildlife

Feeding wildlife and bird feeders are not permitted.

Pet Policy

• Up-to-date vaccination records for each pet are required and must be presented to the resort office upon arrival.
• There is a two (2) pet, per site limit.
• Rottweiler, Pit Bull and Chow breeds are not permitted. Any aggressive pet will be required to vacate resort property immediately.
• Noisy pets are not permitted.
• Pets are to be attended to at all times.
• Pets are not permitted in any resort building or in any recreation area.
• For everyone’s safety, pets must be kept on a six (6) foot leash at all times.
• Immediately clean up and dispose of pet droppings. There are convenient pet stations and garbage cans alongside resort streets for disposal.
• Keep pets off all other sites.
• Dog fences are not permitted.
