SITE CANCELLATION POLICY:

$10 cancellation fee (regardless of timeframe), if you cancel within 48 hours of check-in time - No refund. Cancellation fee cannot be transferred to credit another booking. No shows are not refunded and site can be rented out again

CABIN CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations are subject to a $50 fee, regardless of length of notification. No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of reservation. No shows are not refunded and site can be rented out again.

Campground Rules:

1. Quiet time 10pm-7am

2. Guests are responsible for all accidents, damages, behaviors and guest visitors

3. Pets must be kept on a held leash at all times and be picked up after. Noisy pets must be kept inside RV.

4. Be respectful.

5. No smoking in restrooms, showers, laundry or any park owned facilities.

6. Management reserves the right to refuse service or eject guest for any reason with no refund.

7. CSR is not responsible for packages or mail of the guests.

8. Campfires can only be permitted in guest owned approved container. CSR is not responsible for campfire damages.

9. No ATVS, UTVs, dirtbikes, golfcarts or any motor driven recreational vehicles allowed.

10. Internet is limited to 2mb per site unless more is purchased. WIFI signal is not guaranteed.

11. Hydrants must remain wrapped and plugged in anytime the weather is 32 degrees F or less. CSR is not responsible if hydrant heat tape fails and causes damage to renters camper.

12. No heat lamps, portable a/c, or plugging in diesels (if over 32 degrees F).

13. If stays end early, all remaining refund will be prorated by monthly, weekly, and nightly rates.

14. CSR has a one strike policy. Any problems with but not limited to: Neighbors, management, police, or other guests, will result in the reservation being cancelled.

15. Damage to CSR property from the renter is the renter’s responsibility. (Prices stated in office)

16. 5 mph speed limit enforced. Eviction or fine if not followed.

17. American Express Cards not accepted.

18. You consent to having your camper and anyone in your site to have their picture taken for advertisement purposes.

SITE Rules:

1. Only 1 RV is allowed per site.

2. Site numbers are not guaranteed, please check in to verify site location.

3. Park in your designated site only.

4. Site must be well kept and minimal outdoor items.

5. Drive/park on sites and roadways only, no parking in grass. Subject to $25 fee/ $100 rut fee.

6. All balances must be paid in full before occupying site.

7. Please put all trash in the dumpsters.

8. Please wash all sewage spills.

9. Only furniture or appliances intended for outside use are allowed at CSR sites.

10. Hydrants must remain wrapped and plugged in anytime the weather is 32 degrees F or less.

11. CSR is not responsible if hydrant heat tape fails and causes damage to renters camper.

12. No heat lamps, portable a/c, or plugging in diesels (if over 32 degrees F).

13. Nothing is to be hung from trees.

14. CSR is not responsible for accidents or illness because of CSR facilities or equipment.

15. No rugs in the grass.

16. No moving picnic tables to other sites.

CABIN Rules:

1. Check In is 3pm, Check out is 11am.

2. Quiet time 10pm-7am.

3. All balances must be paid in full before occupying cabin.

4. Cabin numbers are not guaranteed, please check in to verify site location.

5. No smoking or Vaping in cabins.

Internet is limited to 2mb per site unless more is purchased. WIFI signal is not guaranteed.

6. Please put all trash in the dumpsters.

7. Towels, bedding, restocking will only be done for new guests or once every 3 days, whichever comes first. If you need additional items during your weekend stay, please see front desk.

8. No pets in cabins except #1, subject to $35 fee.

9. Campfires can only be permitted in guest owned approved container. CSR is not responsible for campfire damages.

10. If stays end early, all remaining refund will be prorated by monthly, weekly, and nightly rates.

11. CSR has a one strike policy. Any problems with but not limited to: Neighbors, management, police, or other guests, will result in the reservation being cancelled.

12. Damage to CSR property from the renter is the renter’s responsibility (prices stated in office).

14. Keys must be dropped at office upon check out. There will be a $35 replacement fee for lost keys.

15. Lost remotes are subject to $50 replacement fee.

16. Stains left by guests are subject to $50 fee.

17. You consent to having your camper and anyone in your site to have their picture taken for advertisement purposes.

18. CSR is not responsible for accidents or illness because of CSR facilities or equipment.

19. Credit Card must be on file for damages. American Express Cards not accepted.

20. If monthly is late on paying rent, the charge will be at nightly rate until paid in full.
