Crystal Crane Hot Springs

VEHICLES: All vehicles must display a valid Crystal Crane Hot Springs parking permit. A vehicle without a proper parking permit is subject to tow at owner’s expense.

KEYS: Loss of or damage to keys in guest’s possession are subject to a fine up to $35.00.

LINENS: Linens for the bed in each cabin are provided.

VISITORS: Any paying guest meeting a non-paying visitor must arrange to meet at the Office.

CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES: Check-in time for all overnight guests is 3:00 PM to 10:00PM. We do ask you not arrive before 3pm to better make sure your room is ready to go. However if you do check in before 3pm you can pay an early check in fee of $10 per person. Check-out is at 11:00 AM the following morning. If you would like a late check out you may pay the day use fee, please discuss with the office in advance.

ENTRY: NO LATE ARRIVALS AFTER 10PM. As a small family establishment, we close our office at 10:00 PM. If guests arrive after 10:00 pm, you forfeit your stay with no option of a refund.

QUIET TIME: All public areas will observe a quiet time between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. We ask that all noise be kept to a minimum; no generators, loud music or constant dog barking during these hours.

AFTER-HOURS SECURITY: We have a camp host on site available for after-hours emergencies. To contact the Camp Host call 541.493.2312

TEEPEE/SHEEP HERDERS GUESTS: No pets allowed in or around teepees and sheep herders wagon. Dogs may not be left in vehicle No smoking, or fires allowed in teepee. Soaking tub is for teepee guests only.

PETS: We welcome dogs but they are allowed only in the parking lot, camping areas and pet-friendly cabins. All dogs must be registered with the Campground Office. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs are not allowed at or in the pond. Owners must clean up after their pets. We do offer pet waste bags at the Office, free of charge, and have pet waste stations located around the property. A pet fee of $15.00 per dog per night will be added for guests in pet friendly rooms. A pet fee of $3.00 per pet per night will be added for dry camping or RV guests. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY CATS IN ANY OF OUR LODGING UNITS.

RV GUESTS: Do not leave water running for lengthy periods of time. During freezing temperatures water hoses must be unhooked from water spicket before freezing temperatures occur.

CHILDREN: Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and must not be left unattended. Infants and toddlers, who are not potty-trained, must wear swim diapers in the pond. Do not allow children to play in the roadway.

The following are, without exception, not allowed in the pond:

Smoking or vaping

Eating or Drinking

Soaps or Shampoo

Lotions and skin ointment

Excessive noise and disturbances

Lewd or sexual behavior

Running or diving

Pets in the pond

Glass Items

Oils

Guests violating these etiquette guidelines will immediately be asked to leave, fees will not be refunded.

THEFT: Any guest found stealing and/or vandalizing the grounds will be immediately asked to leave and will not be invited back. No refunds will be given.

CRANE CREEK ROOMS: No pets, no children allowed in Crane Creek Rooms. All rooms are non-smoking. If smoking/vaping occurs in room a fine of $250 will be charged to the credit card on file. No smoking/vaping, glassware, or cooking allowed on back patios.

CAMPFIRE REGULATIONS: We have a limited number of areas designated for campfires. Fires may not be built in any other area. Firewood can be bought at the Office. During droughts, fires may be banned everywhere on the property. No fires during windy conditions! Please check with the office before having a fire.

ILLEGAL POSSESSIONS: We do not allow fireworks, illegal drugs, or unlawful behavior on Crystal Crane Hot Springs Property. Reports will be made to the Harney County Sheriff’s Department.

SMOKING: All rental units are non-smoking of any kind. If smoking/vaping occurs in any room, a fine up to $250 will be charged to the credit card on file. Only some units are pet friendly. Pets in non-pet friendly rooms will face a $250 penalty fee. Ranch House, Cowpoke, Crane Creek Inn, Teepees, do NOT allow pets.

PROPERTY DAMAGE & VANDALISM: Scavenging, digging or defacing of the grounds is not allowed; Excessive vandalizing will be reported to the Harney County Sheriff’s Department. metal detecting is never allowed.
