Covered Wagon Campground

Garbage:

• Bag it and use DUMPSTER – relocating across from site 1. All trash and foreign debris on the ground at your campsite must be picked up and disposed daily. Please no household trash in restroom trash cans.

WIFI:

• Free Network - “Covered WagonWIFI”. Ask management for passcode

Pets:

• Pets are allowed subject to management approval, dog Park available at entrance. When walking pets, they must be on leash. Scoop their poop!
• 2 pet per unit maximum

Site Rental:

• Rental is for 1 RV and 2 people, extra persons must be approved and registered with management. Extra vehicles, boats, utility trailers, tents, screen rooms, sheds etc. must have prior approval from management.

Visitors:

• Daily Visitors are welcome but they are your responsibility. No overnight guests unless management has approved and subject to additional guest fee.

Speed Limit:

• 5 MPH, Strictly Enforced. Multiple violations will result in ejection.

Mowing:

• We ask that all lawn ornaments, solar lights, etc. be removed prior to us mowing and trimming. Management will not mow or trim in areas where damage to guest property can readily occur, and it will be the responsibility of guests to maintain these areas.

Bathhouse:

• Ask management for codes

Quiet Time:

• Please respect other guests, quiet time between 10pm – 7AM

Other General Rules:

• NO smoking or vaping in rec hall or bathhouse
• NO open fires
• NO vehicle/trailer washing of any kind
• NO clotheslines
• NO appliances allowed outside
• No fireworks, hunting, or illegal drugs
• Picnic tables are for their intended use, not as a work bench.
• Rates are based on a 2 person occupancy.
• All reservations are subject to site change.  No specific site is guaranteed unless a site lock fee is paid.
• Reservation dates are strictly enforced. You must call the office and advise of any changes in arrival and/or departure dates.  
• Site will be forfeited the day after due in date.
• We reserve the right to change our rates at any time.

Management reserves the right, at their sole discretion to require any person to leave the property for reasons such as but not limited to; disrespect to management or other guests, excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages, objectionable behavior, or violation of any park rules. No refunds will be given.

Management, with sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse check-in of any RV, or, require removal of any RV from the property due to condition or age. Unlicensed or inoperable RV’s are expressly prohibited.
